"I wrote this song with my friends Bipolar Sunshine and The Nicholas. I remember playing the chords for Bipolar and he wrote the chorus melody literally the first five minutes he walked into the session. Magical! I love that line "stop checking the time, every second is a new one." It's just about trying to really appreciate the moment. Maybe it's also a note to myself in a way.
