Trashbat - Koanashi EP [MSEP009] [OUT NOW]

Since first breaking onto the scene nearly two decades ago, Mark Kingsley has continued to carve out a place in the scene for his unique stylings both in the studio and behind the decks. Known for bringing some wonky wubs under the alias Da Moth, he’s also flexed his skills as co-founder of Producers Social and has continued to expand into different styles and sounds with his new project, K!NGS.

Focused on exploring his early electronic influences of UK Garage and 2-Step, K!NGS began to pick up some momentum with the release of some seriously groovy beats on Dreams, the debut EP for the project, dropped on Producers Social two years ago. Since then, graced speakers near and far with the Transgressions EPs that landed on renowned label Slime Recordings. He’s also further solidified the power of his productions with a collaborative tune with Bósa and Neaks called “Diamond Roads” that’s an absolute jam.

Now, to keep those summer vibes rolling on strong, K!NGS has spun an exclusive mix that’s definitely worth a listen. Filled to the brim with some unreleased gems, we can’t think of a better way to enjoy a Sunday than by kicking back and putting on some of his sultry beats to keep things cool during a heatwave.
