This Saturday night at Sisyphos in Berlin was an absolute spaceship ride! 🚀 We opened the Dampfer Floor at 9 PM, and before we knew it, the entire dance floor was packed to the max after just three tracks. 😱 The energy in the room was out of this world – we've never witnessed such an electrifying atmosphere in this year! 🔥 Thank you to everyone who partied with us.

Max was born and raised in Dresden and has lived in Leipzig for 3 years now. He started to DJ
five years ago with old CDJs he borrowed from his sister, practicing in his youth room. Max
immediately noticed that something clicked for him. From there on, he
stuck to it, discovering
different genres and tempos, and finally found his tune with Disco and Indie Dance music about
two years ago. He's looking for vibrating and hip
-
shaking beats paired with a dose of vocals and
melodies that'll make you smile. His m
ission is to pass on the positive energy with the set and
song selection. This year Max already had the chance to contribute to the Feel Festival and,
furthermore, is part of the Philia Collective, which organizes parties and raves in and around
Leipzig.

Another year has gone by in the blink of an eye and we couldn't be more grateful for all your support, amazing contributions to our podcast series and for the incredibe releases of befriended artists! In order to wrap this year's podcast series up in style, we invited a true gem of Germany's electronic music scene to take over December's episode and provide you with fresh energy to slide into the new year: Sarah Wild.

Once an infamous host for underground raves in Berlin, Sarah Wild is now a DJ and producer talent from Berlin. Her energetic sets oscillate between acid basslines and piano elements. Sarah has already released on Permanent Vacations, Feines Tier and her own label Midnight Operators.

When she was a girl her father took her on tour with his surf-rock band. She grew up hanging out in backstages of clubs and venues all around Europe. Not only through this first touring experience Sarah was always surrounded by music. She learned saxophone and piano supported by her grandmother who is also a singing teacher. All her youth Sarah played in bands and was part of several jazz projects. Also her passion for electronic dance music developed at this time. Sarah was born and raised in Jena, a former east-German city who became popular for its delicate scene of electronic music. She quickly became part of it as a dancer and also started her first little projects as an artist. Sarah Wild started her solo project in 2016 and has been touring in Europe, Mexico, Panama, Guatemala and the USA.

We say thank you to Sarah for this awesome podcast and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. With excitement, we are looking forward to 2024, which will mark the 5th anniversary of our label.

Our closing set from 9-12 am for the last dance at Waagenbau. These 3 hours were filled with emotions and a sprinkle of old classics, taking us on a nostalgic ride. Immense gratitude to everyone who shared those moments with us! 🙌

The final tracks "Ayla" with the live Vocals from Nianova and "Mike Koglin - The Silence" were two real special one for us, bringing tears to our eyes as we closed this chapter. Thank you Waagenbau for 20 crazy Years.
