Hello everyone, and welcome to DKODA: The Soul'd Out Show (Vol. I - IV)!  This is without a doubt my most ambitious project to date - a 4 part audio experience, where the 4 Volumes of music are split into 4 Acts - like a music themed audio play, presented to a live audience on stage. I wanted to tell a story about unrequited love, heartbreak, loneliness, elation, hope, grief  & despair. Further themes of true love, passion & desire finally intertwine with peace, togetherness & freedom. The protagonist's story is told in audio form using the lyrics and emotions in the samples of the music selected and used. I hope you enjoy the 'event'!

DKODA - Peace Of Mind

The album plays like a night at a South Bronx community center in 1973, but the “geeks” are crate-diggers, coders, gamers, and studio heads who obsess over breaks, signal chains, and culture history. Each track feels like a different moment of the party: the first needle drop, the breakers’ circle, the mic getting passed, and the late-night cool‑down when only the true heads remain. Sonically it’s raw, mono-to-stereo vintage hip-hop made from funk and soul breaks, with room noise, kids talking, train rumble, and DJ chatter baked into the mix.

This track unfurls a sprawling, sonic narrative, beginning with deep, resonating drones that evoke a sense of vastness and mystery. Gradually, it introduces intricate layers of processed metallic percussion and shimmering textures, propelling the listener into an evolving soundscape. Haunting, high-pitched synth melodies weave through the dense sonic tapestry, adding an ethereal yet urgent quality. A powerful, driving rhythm emerges, anchored by deep sub-bass frequencies and complex percussive patterns, creating an immersive experience that oscillates between industrial precision and otherworldly expansiveness. This piece is a meticulously crafted journey through futuristic sound design, ideal for evoking unknown dimensions or high-tech cinematic tension.

Vitomir Krstic, known as "Bizzdiss" is 34 years old, music producer and MC from Novi Sad, Serbia. "Bizzdiss" is a seasoned boom-bap music producer whose beats resonate with the raw essence of hip-hop's golden era. Born and raised in Novi Sad, Serbia, Vitomir started as a b-boy around 1999 which led him into hip-hop culture. Drawing inspiration from legends like DJ Premier, Pete Rock, and J Dilla, Vitomir developed a deep appreciation for the art of sampling and the rhythmic complexities that define boom bap. Around 2008 he began crafting beats that pay homage to the roots of hip-hop while infusing a contemporary flair. Vitomir's production style is characterized by his ability to seamlessly blend soulful, jazzy samples, punchy drum breaks, and hypnotic melodies. His beats transport listeners back to the era when boom-bap was the heartbeat of the streets, yet they carry a freshness that resonates with today's hip-hop audience.
