The release is a journey, a weaving together of fleeting visions from parallel, yet intertwined sonic realms. It ventures boldly through a rich tapestry of sounds and textures, each track born not from rigid intention but from an unrelenting pursuit of the elusive, those shimmering, transient spaces in the soundscape, like the mysterious limbo of Vaalbara. The music unfolded live, forged in real-time with an arsenal of synthesizers. In these moments, delicate interactions gave way to sudden storms of chaotic experimentation, the machines pushed beyond their thresholds, revealing hidden voices at the edge of collapse. The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Alessio Greco. "Earth" comes off the new EP, Solar System, forthcoming on Italy's Macro Terra Records. A collaboration between Alessio Greco and A. Pomposo, Solar System marks the ninth release from the label and offers a unique journey through electronic music, blending elements of electroacoustic musique concrète, experimental soundscapes, and ambient field recordings. The project originated from an idea by Alessio Greco — Italian electroacoustic composer, sound designer, and visual artist. The music is conceived as part of an immersive sound installation designed to accompany a visual work, resulting in a truly audio-visual experience.

Conceived and composed as a concept album, the tracks were later deconstructed and reinterpreted in the signature style of Macroterra Records. Thanks to Pomposo’s remixes, the project is propelled into the realm of Electro and Techno, transforming the experimental source material into a bold, floor-oriented experience for the most discerning listeners.

„Ay“ is all about its irresistible groove, which is smooth but yet punchy. A compelling opener which reminds Leftfield House.

“Randseiter” is an intriguing Techno track balancing stomping EBM rhythm and playful syncopic melody patterns.

With “Sie Lacht” we turn to a cheerful and uplifting combination of subtle Jungle rhythms, prominent bass and quirky lead, undoubtedly referencing UK Bass music.

If you’re out for some rumble you’ll find it in JANEIN’s remix of “Ay”. Despite its Industrial darkness it’s not too shy to implement melodic parts. A haunting mix of pumping kick and funky stab sequences.

There isn’t really a box for Danny Daze’s remix of “Sie Lacht”. This digital bonus track is full of creative surprises.
