Drucklust meets Dunkles Treiben Pfingstsonntag Rave w. TOM HADES & ASPARUH

Das Pfingstfest bzw. der Pfingstsonntag ist ja bekanntlich der feierliche Abschluss der Osterzeit und selbstverständlich für uns der Freifahrtschein die Pforten des mit der üblichen Bassmaschine ausgerüsteten Bogen2's für euch zu öffnen, um mit euch & dem Dunklen Treiben Köln die Osterzeit gebührend zu verabschieden. Denn einen Feiertag soll man feiern, das sagt ja schon der Name. ;-)

Oberverabschieder an diesem Abend wird die Belgische Technowaffel TOM HADES sein, welcher sich aktuell auf seiner "The Missing Touch Album World Tour" befindet und für uns mal nen Ründchen nach Köln kommt!

Zahlreiche Releases unter anderem auf Adam Beyer & Cari Lekebusch's Label Drumcode oder auf seinem eigenen Label Rytm Converted gehen auf Hades Konto.

Zweiter im Bunde ist ASPARUH! Der junge Bulgare und Chef von NG Records befindet sich ebenfalls auf einer kleinen Deutschlandtour. Freitags rockt er noch im Butan zusammen mit Dandi&Ugo/ Marika Rossa und unseren Drucklust Jungs den Butan Mainfloor und Sonntags geht es dann schon bei uns in Köln weiter.

Abrunden werden den Pfingstrave die Drucklust, Dunkles Treiben & Affenkäfig Ausnahmetalente Björn Nimmich, John Porno & Tommy.

Es war der Mai 1977 als ich der Kay das Licht der Welt erblickte und schon in den späten 80igern entdeckte ich meinen Hang zu elektronischen Klängen. Doch auch andere Musikrichtungen beeinflussten mich immer wieder aber der Weg führte immer wieder zu den elektronischen Klängen zurück. Schon Ende der 90iger war mir klar, das der treibende Beat des Techno meine Passion werden sollte.

In den Jahren 2009/2010 war Kay mit anderen Jungs an dem TTHtek-Projekt beteiligt wo in unregelmäßigen Abständen Partys stattfanden. Danach gab es Gastauftritte auf diversen Veranstaltungen in und um Frankfurt welche meistens von privater Natur waren, sowie ein Gastauftritt bei Fnoob Techno Radio.
Es folgten Gigs u.a. im Tanzhaus West,U60311, Don Lippstadt, Elfer Club, Housebar55, Konfuzius Franz.

Techno is my passion!

Music has always been my best friend!
Even as a teenager, I discovered the electronic world. In the beginning it was Trance, via MinimalTechno, then I was in the Goa world for a while, until finally Techno fascinated me.

When it comes to nightlife, unconditional underground techno is my favorite.

I myself would call my music a techno that is straightforward and impulsive..

Of course that's a bit different when we talk about an open-air festival in bright sunlight, it's more of Techhouse's minimal techno I use. For me, electronic music in this rule-governed world is the best way to be free without much effort, without text that gives my thoughts a direction, only the sound of rhythmic drifting makes my emotions respond positively.

The best things are invisible and touch us where the visible will never come.

Music can make you forget everything or remember everything.

Better than a photo album, music can store emotions that you can retrieve over and over again when you listen to a particular song again.

Definitely my fastest set up to 140 bpm! I still know the time when this kind of techno was standard in the clubs !  I miss it ! 
I would like to hear more of this kind of techno at party!  How do you see or hear that?  ;)

When I was born, television was not as much of a big deal as it is nowadays (back then, there were only three programs). Thus, the TV was not switched on until evening hours, when I was already in bed. My mom, who was quite young, listened to music non-stop. I noticed that this situation has not failed to leave a mark on me. When I was twelve years old, my mom had another baby boy, which entailed that I never got to enjoy my own room. It was not easy for me, especially being a teen-ager. Music helped me to cope with that situation! My stereo and my great head-set helped me create my own room in my imagination. Usually, when kids want to be left alone, they go to their room and lock the door! I used to put my headset on, turned on the music and I drifted into my dream world and did not care about the rest of the world. The longer the speech, the less thought: Since always, music has played a major role in my life!
I was introduced to electronic music in the early 1990’. Shortly after getting to know Culture Beat, 2Unlimited, Marusha, U96 and Scooter (Hyper Hyper), I started getting into Techno and House!
In 1995, when I was just 16 years old, I discovered a night-club where I used to sneak in. I was still minor of age. It was the so-called TOR 3 in Düsseldorf!! Wow, what an amazing club!!! People who remember this place know what I am talking about…this was it! I was in love!!! My life consisted of nothing else but school and TOR 3. I went there every weekend for 6 month! After that, it was shut down and was only opened for special events, for instance, UNION RAVE or ACID WARS! I was terribly sad!
Although dj’s were like gods to me, I didn’t think of becoming a dj back then. In the beginning, it was just about the party for me. It was until that day when my best friend met her new boy-friend back then in 2004. He is the first dj whom I got to know in person. I regularly watched him play music. That’s how I got more interested in becoming a dj. I was amazed and thought I will be able to do the same. By the end of 2005, I had saved up enough money to buy myself my own equipment (2MK2 + DENON soundmixer) at the music store!
After having understood the basics of playing music, I gained experience with live dj’s at friends’ houses until the year of 2009! And then finally in 2009, I was the opening dj at a public party at KOLBHALLE !!! It is hard to imagine, how nervous I was!!! Luckily, the club was filled from the very beginning, since it was somebody’s birthday at that party. After having played the first three disks without having made a mistake, I went from a feeling of being nervous to a feeling of pure adrenaline and I rocked the house! After that I played at BUTAN CLUB Wuppertal,RHEINGOLD Düsseldorf,FEIER RHEIN OPEN AIR, BLUMENGOLD, KUNSTPARK,AXA-Hochhaus, PFORT XI, NEU SCHWANSTEIN AND MANY MORE....
