A tent in the forest – no thicker than a membrane – becomes like a spacecraft gliding through the void, its fragile skin holding back the unknown. P-Ben drops a three-track deep techno EP via Loose Records, which has tribal drums, dubby synths, and dance floor energy.

Hailing from the south of France, P-Ben is a techno stalwart whose been releasing underground music since the '90s. This is his second time featuring on Loose, and his immersive style can also be found on other record labels such as Florian Meind's FLASH, A.Paul's Naked Lunch, and Planet Rhythm.

Throughout his decades long career, P-Ben has also proven himself to be a skilled DJ, earning bookings across Europe and beyond. He influences include the likes of Kevin Saunderson and Jeff Mills who share his same timeless sound.

The EP's title track, "Body Drum" opens the release with flowing congas and snare rolls forming a framework for sweeping pads and jackin' vocal bursts.

From a young age, he felt a deep connection to music and quickly discovered his love for tech-house and techno. He has developed a unique style since and is known for mixing deep, funky basslines, rhythmic grooves, and high-energy rhythms into sets that fully immerse the audience on the dancefloor.
