This week its Foot Long Records First Birthday on the 15th of September, and to celebrate we have a very special mix from a technician in, Diverse Pressure !

Diverse Pressure says;

Started Djing back in the 90's. Bought a pair of Technics 1200's and still use them to this day. I class myself as an old skool style Dj using only turntables.

Once I mastered the art of mixing I entered a DJ competition at the local underground record store and won a DJ slot at local night called the Perfect Beat, this turned into a residency. From this I went on to play at underground raves until the early 2000's and even promoted a couple of nights. Now just an avid record collector with around 1200 Vinyl. I am just an internet DJ now doing my page and a few guest mixes. I mix music from 1992 to present and as the name suggest it's a diverse mix of Drum and Bass/Jungle.

Anyone familiar with Acid Lab or any of his many alias' knows that no matter what style he is working in, the outcome is nothing short of superb.

This round Acid Lab takes it back to the Golden Era of Jungle with two proper cuts that will set a nostalgic vibe while rinsing out the sound system.

Both Dream on and Wake Up are full of lush astral pads that set dream like atmospheres. A full clip of amens and classic Jungle break beats tear thru the atmosphere over bouncing bass kicks that can shake a building to its foundations.
