'Make It Work’ Is my mantra, really… The lyrics serve as a reminder to make things happen for myself without waiting on others to fix things. Finding meaning in my music is a really important part of my songwriting process, and I always try to write lyrics that are thought-provoking, but ‘Make It Work’ is more about a manifestation through the lyrics and what the sonics allow people to feel whilst listening. Hopefully gives you a little snippet of what’s to come on my own label Spin Suga.

Ya gals got a mixtape coming out! It has become my whole identity recently haha. To everyone who’s asked me where’ve i’ve been/what i’ve been doing- it’s this, and I cannot wait to share it with you! It’s my first project of this magnitude (14 tracks eeek) and it’s my truest body of work to date. What started as a means to fill my sets with more underground music that I have been producing a lot of, has developed into a concept piece - my ode to the club culture that shaped who I am today.

The first single is coming out TOMORROW, a collaboration with my good friend bullet tooth who is smashing it at the moment - it’s called Makes Me (Wanna Move), and sharing a preview with you ahead of release! I’m obsessed with it! Hope you will be too.

It’s a taster for what’s to come on the mixtape, which is called ‘c u l8r’ - a nostalgic text you used to get before the big night out! A message that was always filled with so much anticipation and adrenaline, and very fitting to how i’m feeling before this mixtape is released into the world. I’ve got lots of surprises in there for you, some amazing features and records that I have produced myself which was a serious motivator for this year ahead.
