s the #ForTheMusic campaign to end harassment within the music industry continues, its instigator, Rebekah, announces a 38 track fundraising compilation entitled 'End The Silence'. Released via the British artist's Elements Records imprint on November 26th, the collection features an array of techno talent who have donated tracks to the cause. Sunil Sharp, AISHA, AnD, Manni Dee, Charlton, Alpha Tracks & Blue Hour are just a handful of artists featured across the release, which will fund an educational drive to implement new systems, guidelines and support networks aimed at minimising harassment.

Tasime da Hidonash is a project that fuses the artistic practices of both Tasime and Hidonash into a new and unique vision. The duo combines Georgian folk vocals with a relentless construct of fast-paced industrial percussion. Their work takes different forms of menace, always maintaining an intriguing atmosphere. When the machines are brought on stage during a live set, the compositions transform into a turbulent barrage of vocal performance, live effects and modulation. Tasime da Hidonash have released their debut album on Soil Records (Madrid, Spain).

For our 40th release we are very happy to present our next 12", featuring staple Midwest artist, Jason Patrick. Jason originally hails from Detroit but has called Chicago home for many years. 

His 'Back Channel Communications' EP exemplifies his highly refined production technique developed from years of experience as a DJ, producer, and label owner. Amalgamation opens the record heavy, brooding, and sinister; continuing with Conspire, an rhythmic exercise in drive punctuated by sparse syncopated claps. Flip the record, JX-216 delivers hefty angular grit in his remix; and closing out the EP, Jason takes us into space with Enveloped, featuring expansive atmospheric themes.

Spanish based LIDVALL makes his Soma Records demos with a unique and concussive 4 track EP titled, Abandoned. An artist on the rise his skilfully produced tracks have seen him become a firm favourite amongst the techno community and this EP further cements his skills as one to watch over the coming years. 

Crack makes a no nonsense opening of release with rapid fire percussive elements firing across energetic and electrifying synths. Like To Your Story has a more deep and hypnotic feel as spacious and carefully constructed percussion loops out throughout the track, crafting the perfect DJ tool. Title track Abandoned picks up on a more groove focussed tip with skipping hi hats dancing over melodic structures. Chorus goes all out for the closer with thudding drums taking the lead as searing, warping synths spike at the heart of the track.

Troy returns to Klockworks with a powerful 4 track EP following his contribution to the ‘Klockworks 20’ compilation and his debut solo EP on the label ‘Klockworks 21’.

For this new record, the producer from The Hague (Netherlands) presents a collection of diverse dance floor cuts channeling a classic raw techno sound. Utilising the OB-6 analog synthesizer as one of the main instruments, he recorded all tracks in one take in order to keep the vibrant energy of the live process.
