Sebastian Busto offers us a stunning piece of progressive house with "Machines". Having gained recognition in recent times with releases for prominent labels, his newest offering on Movement recordings is an absolute stormer of a track. Perfectly crafted futuristic tech funk with infinite shades of delicate colour that has left us hungry for more from this talented  Argentinian. 

Tash's Movement Recordings kicks off 2019 by welcoming Sebastian Busto to the label for his debut EP. Known for his pure progressive sound the Buenos Aires resident has become a favourite of Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, having appeared in the sets of the legendary DJs on multiple occasions. The Argentinean artist also lays claim to an impressive discography, highlighted by releases on Sudbeat Music and The Soundgarden. Now making his much anticipated Movement Recordings debut, Sebastian presents his ‘Machines' EP.

Beginning the title cut Sebastian explores the deeper side of his studio repertoire. Free and flowing from the outset it's well carved low end provides momentous swing while quirky hooks and timely vocal gates fill in the framework. Stripping down into the main break, the vocal narrative expands, opening up a spiritual reservoir before effortlessly shifting energy into a buoyant finale act.



Sebastian Busto is an innovative Argentine producer who knows how to create dreamy atmospheres through an elegant and melodic progressive house, with a touch of old school sound. His passion for music was born in his childhood. At the age of eight years he started his studies in piano, and at 14 he entered the Conservatory of Music to study music theory, singing and guitar. His first steps in professional music he gave leading rock bands that made big impact on the local scene. With several albums and tours under his belt in 2014 he decided to turn his career towards his other passion: dance music. This passion was born circa 2002 after hearing a devastating set at Creamfields from argentine dj Hernan Cattaneo. Since then his influences came from the hand of the more elaborate progressive house, in the way of Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, and other legendary djs.

This package is further boosted by a superb remix of ‘Daydreaming’ resulting from another collaboration, this time between renowned Columbian DJ/Producers Kamilo Sanclemente & Juan Pablo Torrez.

‘Daydreaming (Original Mix)’ rides on a snappy, low-slung, hip-swinging groove. Its relaxed, slow-build, spacious attitude and lush, heart-fluttering melodic flourishes are a perfect introduction to Fluente’s deeply delicious style. With ‘Distractions (Original Mix)’ the highly creative duo continues their theme, as they embark on an equally absorbing dive, deep into heavenly dub-inflected territory. Having previously released on Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat, Nick Warren’s The Soundgarden, Hot Since 82’s Knee Deep In Sound, and now with their debut ONEDOTSIXTWO release, Fluente’s excellent pedigree is developing fast.

Kamilo Sanclemente & Juan Pablo Torrez up the energy levels with a pulsating progressive groove to take ‘Daydreaming’ on a perfect remix ride.
