Therapy 2 is Willa’s unfiltered continuation of their emotional and psychological excavation. Across seven tracks, the project dives deep into themes of self-confrontation, betrayal, resilience, and rage. It’s not just an album—it’s a sonic therapy session where Willa lays everything bare, from scars to survival instincts.

The EP opens with “Therapy Session”, setting the tone with a confessional atmosphere, like the first words spoken in a dimly lit therapist’s office. “Still Showed Up” follows with a message of perseverance—showing up despite the weight of the world. “No Saint” is a gritty acknowledgment of flaws and contradictions, while “Been That” is a short, sharp reminder that Willa’s authenticity isn’t new—it’s always been there.

The album takes a darker turn with “Eat Shit and Die”, a venomous track that channels betrayal and anger into raw lyricism. “Bless My Enemies” is the longest and most layered track, blending spiritual irony with street wisdom, offering a prayer laced with defiance. Finally, “I Woke Up and Chose Violence” closes the project with explosive energy dissing XXL 2025 Freshman class.
