David Torres is a former dj from Bogota and one of the most active in the city. The young rave and club character GAËL  presents this release titteled ESTADO which has a political and historical context above the term and its sense in humanism. It
defines the social economic conflict and the deficience of government and order behind the state of nation with a high level of corruption and injustice facts in a world where there is no respect for the real meaning of it.

In its sound this release is a borderline btw a new phase of EBM and hard rave house.

There are 3 remixes. one by the Medellin s electronic music producer Velez and Mexico s young techno and new electronics Nino Arbol .Both are into a kind of dub and urban techno.

Through the years the concept and style in the pure EBM have kept the social and rebel fierce as the strength plethora in the spirit of the 77s and social political Punk & Oi music had, the Belgian first generation crossing by the Anhalt exclaim and the German old school sound in its gender.

Ice Cold Gold makes reference to the structure of prime matters in solid state and capitalism stablished by power, corruption, mind oppression therefore law abuse and aggression response as well.
Colombia since the 80s had developed different projects in underground and unrated electronic music hidden by the media and people with no interest or approaching in research about, possibly the misinformation and culture spread control.

The album contains eleven tracks produced and composed by Leoanardo Jaime; the keep standing guy behind the notable and distinguished industrial & ebm culture in Bogota City.
