02 - Black Linen - A Song For Josie

Black Linen (ATL) is crafting a body of timeless songs, each with an infectious hook and the right dose of fuzz, which tethers between ‘60s Britpop revolutionaries and Tarantino vibes. Just a few months after the bands’ conception, they crossed NME’s band list radar and showcased their unreleased debut album, White Noise, in Brooklyn. Together, Randy Michael (vocals/guitar), Jonah Swilley (vocals/guitar) (Pietro DiGennaro (drums), Adam Anzio (bass), yield a hypnotic performance. Without a doubt, Black Linen is on track to becoming an old-meets-new rock ‘n’ roll staple with a sharp, inventive spirit unsurpassed by the ordinary garage-rock outfits.
