Captivated presests Futurism - BLACKLISTED (12/07/25)

We have been loving some of this house sound which is heavily influenced by the old hard house from back in the day.  Taking inspiration from artists such as Dart, Entasia and Kyle Starkey, we wanted to recreate the much loved TDV V2 remix of Joanna by Mrs Wood which fis this vibe perfectly.

Bio
Blacklisted, a tech trance duo consisting of Andy Wood and Lee Kennedy. Having already gained massive exposure and support by one of Trance music's best Simon Patterson on his radio show Digital Showdown, Andy released records as a solo artist even remixing the prestigious Spiritual Light by Mea Culpa. Lee who is no stranger to the decks, began gaining recognition after winning the acclaimed Rave On DJ competition. He went on to support artists such as Anne Savage, Rob Tissera and Lisa Lashes to name a few. Taking the hard dance route which even saw him release is own material on Hard Dance Label - Fireball Recordings

2 Years ago, Andy joined forces with friend and fellow clubber to form Blacklisted with the ethos to push hard, techy, energetic and driving music regardless of BPM.  Together DJ wise they have rocked crowds at a local residency with unique and energetic sets both warming up and closing for some massive names in Trance. On the production front, they have had a series of releases that are beginning to get noticed. Originals and remixes on Defcon Records, Aria, Mysterious Station and Fuzion Four Records all gaining club and radio support including their most recent track ‘Nervous Breakdown’ being spun multiple times by the legend John Askew on his recent tour. With the ground-work well laid, 2017 is ready for the taking, so buckle up and enjoy the ride! The future’s bright, the future’s BLACKLISTED.
