Many moons ago, beneath the whispering leaves of a secret Banyan tree on a beach in Goa, two sonic storytellers, Mandala and Braincell, met in the stillness of the night and spoke of stars, sounds and the rhythms of the universe.

What began as cosmic conversation soon evolved into a shared mission: to transform their stories into sonic journeys and send them out into the world.

And thus, the Undercover Babas were born.

The Story of Us is a chronicle of that journey. A collection of 13 tracks that reflect the madness, the mystery and the magic of their time together.
Ten of these tales have echoed across dance-floors before, one has been freshly remastered and two are brand new transmissions from the heart of the Babas.

Firing out of the blocks from the Playaz family comes Sub Zero's ‘Remixes EP', spinning a fresh take on the heavyweight tunes already loved by many. Sub Zero needing no introduction to Playaz fans having spent the best part of a decade smashing sets all over the world, lays solid foundations for what is sure to become one of the killer remix showcases of the year. To open Majistrate delivers his remix of Your Flex, hitting raves at the minute with an almighty thud. Run n Hide gets the Konichi treatment with two fat productions of rolling kicks and pounding low-end rhythms, whilst Supreme Being throws in a screaming rendition of Motion - a sure fire floorfiller. Bournemouth boy Krakota injects some soul into Brighter Days, eery vocals ring through to match a swelling bassline.
