Kindred Soul land on Pogo House for release 185 with Garage House Tales Vol 1 EP and serve up 3 sublime slices of Vocal Garage House.
Kicking things off on this EP Kindred Soul drop the ‘Night and Day Mix’ of their signature smash ‘Don’t Wanna Be.’ This one bubbles along with an Intense four to the floor arrangement with funky up-tempo pianos added to the mixture, topped off with the superb vocal talents of Jimmy Dineen.
‘Stranger’ gets a remix from Danny Phillips for the second track on this EP. Danny flips the track and straight up, it’s that good that you would be mistaken it’s a Todd Edwards remix.  Swinging percussion with flute samples that create a charming melody with an ever-morphing bassline throughout and also listen out for that bridge too… Notably, we’ve got a very intelligent track construction going here from Danny and a well-balanced track that works wonders regardless. 
Pogo House regular Fizzikx picks up the remix on ‘She’s Got It’ for the final track in this package and cooks up a soothing soulful delight. Smooth chords and a catchy piano riff coupled with tight-knit percussion works the magic in this track accompanied with the sensual vocals from Mr Dineen that gives off a vibe of a feel-good classic house number.
