Reinterpreting a folk song named "Moniety", originating form the east side of Syria, Al Raqqah city. In their interpretation, Nakriz infuse the traditional lyrics & instrumentations with electronic influences from their new home Berlin. conveying their vision of a modern wedding rave. With great joy, I present a new remix of the iconic song 'Mami Mami,' the Hebrew version of 'Mavi Mavi,' originally performed by İbrahim Tatlıses and made famous in Israel by Itzik Kala. This song, a massive hit in the 1980s and still considered a cornerstone of the Mizrahi genre, has accompanied me since childhood and continues to be a source of inspiration. I hope you enjoy my musical interpretation of this beloved classic.
