true love for me feels like remembering driving to this song late at night, high on weed, knowing that I was moving away from a state where I had a boss abuse me. I was leaping into the unknown with wild abandon, ready to forgo everything I knew to have a chance at a different life...I felt the murmurs of my spirit telling me I wasn't there yet but I was getting to somewhere better. it always gets worse before it gets better... I am uncertain why I designed life to be this way but it is an incredible series of tests, triumphs, lessons learned, knowledge gathered... and hopefully at the end, the findings of that which becomes eternal.

Drifting is the first release of our upcoming EP. One night Leo was jamming on the guitar in our studio and we came up with this one guitar loop that felt really good and became the main element - so we built the whole track from there. When we listened back in the car the next day we really felt the vibe of the track.
To us it has an emotional, longing, and slightly unsteady feeling to it - so we decided to call it drifting. 
The title also sums up how we have spent the last year - moving from place to place to make music and never settling down in one place.
