"Alive," was written to be a very personal, yet relatable song. Mental Health is a growing issue in the world, and this song represents overcoming things like depression and anxiety. I know from experience that bottling these feelings up only makes them worse and doesn't give you a chance to let go. It's important to talk to somebody, (even if it's me) about these issues before they build up.
