BR011 Devoteex - Narcotism EP 

The Italian duo Devoteex put together four original and powerful tracks to create the 'Narcotism EP', eleventh release of Black Rose Recordings.
The EP starts off with 'Balena', characterized by deep melodic progressions of resonant pads and drums that grow up to the drop. Here the song explode and is highlighted by a beautifully evolving synth line throughout.
Next is the track 'Proximus'. a beautiful combination of industrial sounds, strong melodies and hypnotic drums. It takes you on a journey and keeps your ear hooked.
The third piece of music is 'Green Hornet' and is probably the toughest track on the EP. The strong rhythm part of the track is combined with a deep and dark sound design and the overall result is a very pulsating piece.
Rounding out the EP is Devoteex's latest original offering, 'Esperanza'. Rhythmically lively, the track is the perfect balance of fiery percussion and kaleidoscopic synths. The heavy baseline pulls the track together and puts an appropriate and emotional conclusion to the EP.

Kiman opens proceedings with the self titled EP 'Cassiopeia' - A track that starts with a warm glow building to an ethereal theme. Accompanied by beautiful vocals & infectious chords, the laidback drums and smooth breakdown, Kiman's cool downtempo vibes works its magic
'Reversable' - the 2nd original track from the Italian, utilizes a deep groove as the foundation, underpinned by smooth synth chords that gradually ease their way to the summit. Unified by a deep kick drum and dusky atmospheric emotion, the composition climaxes by adding recurrent percussive elements and soft soaked melodies that come together to create a structured sphere of sonic satisfaction.

On Remix duties we welcome Minorah - a clinical young talent to emerge in the scene of late, he has enjoyed steady releases on Labo T & Sinners. His 'rework' of Cassiopeia is a musical journey, unified by a warm kick drum and atmospheric emotion, the track is a concoction of warm, deep bass and grooves, swirling pads, textured layers and stunning effects.

BR009 Kalmer - Forever Dreamer EP 

EP number nine from Black Rose Recordings is called 'Forever Dreamer' and it comes from the UK talent Kalmer.
The EP starts off with the title track 'Forever Dreamer'. An amazing melodic production that combine bright lead sounds with heavy bass lines and an hypnotic groove.
The second track, called 'Entrance', is a darker one. In this track the melodic side of the EP gets more dark and strong, with low groove elements accompanying the magistral sound design of the synths.
The third track is called 'Passenger'. In this piece of music Kalmer took his sounds to an even higher level by letting the rhythmic part to communicate with a deep and immersive atmosphere.
'Hunted' is the fourth track of the EP, it will take you into a mystical state of mind, with a very particular rhythm and percussion that sounds perfectly with the heavy and strong synths.
