'It has been a little wait but Infinite Depth’s third release of 2022 is coming. This one comes out the hands of our Greek friend Symmetric, who will be doing his second EP after his previous EP in 2020. The again pretty abstract, but interesting, release is named ‘Tempest’ and consists of three originals.

The first one ‘Decade’ is the most light-weight track, but nevertheless it’s full of different short elements, coming from all places. In between all those plucky and organic percussion elements an impressive synth comes through. Together with a more floating pad, these synths are creating some very compelling moments.

‘Tempest’ is the title track of the EP. It has a somewhat dry beginning, but pretty fast a warm synth comes in which overwhelms. This is where the tension builds towards an even more impressive moment where the main lead gets a second layer. Towards the end of the track, it calms down, to eventually go all out once again.

The third and final track, called ‘Heta’, is the darkest one. Also here a lot of different atmospheric synths and percussions are used to create unity. Throughout the track it takes you deeper and deeper into the Symmetric’s mysterious signature sound. After the calm break all the diverse elements are guiding you towards the end of the EP, which again shows a whole different spectrum of melodic techno.'

Behind the curtain, away from prying stares and unsubstantial hypes, Andy's character thrives. No marketed back story to be found here, only blazing bars of music from a ghost in production. Dwelling the digital hyper-jungle, our new signing has already earned himself accolades from real-life stage heroes including Solomun. Behind the alias, a non-robotic soul obviously lies - a well-known entity with flesh and bone actuality that is most certain, but we have been pledged not to reveal, so we'll keep it at that for now.

Andy's unexpected debut, "System Breach", is now ready to hack its way into your binary digits-ruled multiverse. Drawing first blood, the title-track itself is a no-frills, electrifying EBM-laced floor-sweeper that shall miss no hit in the ballroom. Bound to maintain maximum pressure on the ravers with its hi-intensity unloading of sub-bass thunder, sizzling synth whorls and heavy-duty, forward-tugging groove, this is body music at its rawest, most effectively smacking. "Mind Frequency" follows a similar route, upping the tempo one notch higher whilst making room for a more spacious buildup and arpeggiated, cosmic-friendly harmonics to expand as bars pull all stops in rapid fire. Ultimate number "In The Sky" caps the release on a playfully ominous, big-room-oriented note. Engineering a mix of dashing Knight Rider vibrations, 8-bit-influenced stabs, neo-classical flights and vocals reminiscent of Massive Attack's most haunting compositions, this is club music that packs both a serious punch and ultimately vibrant vision altogether. But hey, that doesn't answer our question: Who is Andy Anderson?
