13 or so years on from its first appearance on Deep Blue, Temple One breathes new life into one of Bobina’s earliest releases. While the intro and outro ring a bell of familiarity with their pulsing arpeggio, Joe Garret a.k.a. Temple One takes the track into altogether new territory with his 138bpm uplifting revision, the spoken word sample is there sure enough; “He is in his own blood”, but the major key riff and chord progression lift Lazy World to new heights. A heart-lifting revision of a forgotten gem.
