This track was born of fireworks and tear gas. I left the chaos of the Black Lives Matter protests at the Portland Justice Center in the summer of 2020 and went straight into the studio to record it.

It's a high-energy Drum & Bass beat with West Coast Conscious Hip-Hop lyrics.

Blacktacular’s “Last Night” follows the story of a Portland protester radicalized by police violence in the wake of the Black Lives Matter Movement.

This track exposes violent officers and how they get away with crimes, but unlike most "Fuck The Police" tracks, it makes an attempt to empathize with officers and offers them a path to redemption.
