A Memphis native and Bulbanchan-based artist, Funke sees the dance floor as a sacred container that holds everything from joys to woes and uses the healing power of music as a vehicle to move out of our minds and into our spirits.

Funke’s talent has landed her at events such as Essence Festival, Bembe, Soul N Conga, The Atlanta Weekender, Detroit Movement, Art Basel, Excursions, Funkbox, Afrique Electrique, and more. Funke has made waves alongside Osunlade, Carlos Mena, DJ Kemit, Ash Lauryn, DJ Beloved, Rafael Moraes, Kai Alce, Ezel, Tony Touch, Ladymonix, Salah Ananse, Rahan, Marcus Vogel, Recloose, Doc Martin, Bassnectar, Stefan Ringer, DJ Minx, King Britt, Jihad Muhammad, Rich Medina, SHYBOI, Sabine Blaizin, Grupo Fantasma, Ife, Sierra Leone Refugee All Stars, and Seun Kuti & Egypt 80.
