Este EP representa el fin de una etapa, todo lo aprendido después de 5 años de vivir en Buenos Aires, a nivel artístico y personal. Tocar fondo para resurgir en otra forma y regresar a las sierras para volver a encontrar la calma.

Es un trabajo complejo que tiene mucha catarsis en su interior. De pronto se plasma también el comienzo de algo distinto, como un puente entre lo viejo y lo nuevo que uno transita en la vida.

Kia: Mixmag ANZ Cover Mix 06 (100% Animalia)

After visiting the lakeside dreamland last year I couldn't help myself but imagine on the moment what I would play if I had the opportunity to perform there myself (as any DJ would, I guess). I had different archetypes of sets forming in the back of my mind for different times of the day possible, if the opportunity ever came one day. 
So when I got invited to play the opening of Floresta on Sunday, it first came as a bit of a surprise, but the surprise turned into excitement and it was time to prepare a special set where I could dig into my dub techno collection. 
So, I am very happy to share with you the recording of my set, where I finally had the chance to play slow, deep, dubby and sunny techno in such a setting.

Brussels-based DJ, producer and music journalist BunZer0 has been championing underground bass music and techno on his long standing ‘FOB Show ‘ for Sub FM. He returns to R&S Records RSMIX series with a new selection of heavyweight sounds.

“For this specific mix I talked to a group of producers I am close to in order to get a maximum of exclusive tracks, to make that recording very special for the beloved host, R&S Records. I also wanted this mix to be representative of the big variety of rhythms we got now in Bass Music, going from dark 2 step, to some Technoish beats, or UK Funky grooves, but also Dubstep and its tireless halfstep beat, Electroish beats”…

'Bite The Hand That Feeds You' is the debut EP from Amsterdam-based DJ and producer Jasmín. Blending genres, moods, and eras, it draws on her Dutch-Argentinian roots while channeling the nostalgia of teenage discovery: "that formative era of girlhood where you're growing up online and building your world digitally." Across three tracks, Jasmín explores the tension between this lasting inner world and the harsher realities outside, weaving techno, bass, and dub into percussion-driven music defined by both force and introspection.
