Vivid blue, ghostly white and all-absorbing black – another painting is complete revealing nature’s Linear System.

Coming from the north of Spain, @linearsystem develops a unique signature mixing strong basslines, Sci-fi ambiences, cold atmospheres and shamanic rhythms in his tracks.

When an autumn leaves, when there are no more leaves on the sacred trees, when the familiar landscapes return into their stasis state, a cloak of delicately arranged crystals touches the land.
Tremendous temperature falls create otherworldly soundscapes on a freezing lake. Cymbal like cracks and pops ripple far into the dark, passing by the waves, effortlessly suspended just above the lake. The soft radiance of a lambent light reaches no further than a meter wide. 
What never leaves is an ominous presence of a great depth where rookas and Undveld reign.

@rookas and @undveld are two Lithuanian DJs and producers, both knee-deep into drone and ambient soundscapes, although first and foremost, who are techno heads. From previously curating one of the key techno nights in Vilnius nightlife, to releasing music on @offworldcoloniesltd, @orderanddevotion, to name a few, or to managing and contributing to their label – @staticinmotion – both have a story to tell. Jose Gomez comes from Bogota, Columbia. A member and visual artist of Matteria Collective, producing and DJing under different aliases for the past decade, he now releases music under @zemog0 name for the labels such as @fromalostplace, @circularlimited and @ordinamentoselettivo.
Inspired by high mountain ecosystems and indigenous cultural and musical environments, Zemög composes Ambient, Deep-tribal and Dub taking as a sound source modular synthesis, natural field recordings and captures of aboriginal and meditation instruments.

Black Wave 045 - Zemög

Rainfall stops as suddenly as it has started. The forest is dazzlingly green, much-needed water spirals down the ornamental leaves, liquid touches even the smallest of now flourishing flowers. The jungles awaken in a thousand voices, the tree branches give way to the sound only to reveal the steps into hundreds of years old temple.
The lively and familiar smell of moss gradually blends with incense coming from deep within the structure. A ritual takes place, as it always has for the millennia – shaman bids farewell to the hummingbird carrying the spirits from flourishing flowers back to Tupã.

@Vanoni is a young DJ/Producer hailing from Patagonia, Argentina, currently based in Buenos Aires.
Influenced by the most hypnotic and abstract sounds of Deep Techno, he started to develop his producer side in 2018, after years of DJing in his home town scene.
You’ll find his production on labels such as @danza-nativa, @ritualism-records, @fromalostplace, @nferee and @technologiaorganica.

@primalcodemusic – Davide Perrone and Gabriele Giuggioli jumped straight into the deep techno scene with their appearance on @hypnus.
By lacing their unique fusion of modern electronic music with field recordings, dreams of ancient mysteries vibrate in the air. In the last period, influenced by the UK style, their sound evolved, concretizing in the new pivotal record on @kalaharioystercult. To them, music is the primordial code that unlocks the doors inside, leading us into the realms of imagination.

The twisty road meanders through a silky smooth fog, hugged by the walls of a mountain range both left and right. @claudioprc is an italian deep techno specialist who takes cues from avant-garde and ambient music as well as the abyssal echoes of early hypnotic acid and dub. He’s been active as a DJ and producer since 2006 and released his records mainly on Prologue Music, @semantica-records and @thegodsplanet, of which he is co-founder. Member of Basstation crew in Cagliari, from 2018 he’s resident DJ in one of Prague’s most valued clubs, @ankali, where he curates the Volumi Dinamici night. In 2020 he founded @012twelve, a new platform dedicated to art and sound research.

Black Wave 050: Claudio PRC

Just above the valley diffused in the fluffed-up clouds arises colourful towers. The receding mist opens up high castle walls enveloped by wandering garden paths. Wherever you go, whatever you lay eyes on – greenery is dancing with the sky of blue. The sun has made it under the tree canopy to illuminate overflowing basins full of fire-red fish while trickling down water tickles lovingly ears mercilessly worn by the city.
Indeed ears can rest from here up to the welcoming flute of waves heard just beyond the horizon. The flute heard so recently and at the same time anticipated for more than six years – Luigi Tozzi finally leaves an imprint on Black Wave’s sandy shores. Raised in Rome, the DJ and Producer takes influence from the timeless Italian sound, which he’s further developed with an emotional, swirling, dubby atmosphere. There’s an unmistakable texture to his productions.
Over the last years, @luigitozzi has been making a name for himself as one of the go-to DJs for his distinct brand of techno that draws both from ambient and club music. @hypnus, @mentalmodern, @nonseries, @outis-music and @012twelve – Luigi has kept his output within a close family of labels. His commitment to sound alongside his pensive and considered development as an artist has brought Luigi Tozzi to where he is today.

@ksenia_kamikaza is a Riga born / Barcelona based DJ & producer. The founder of Under Festival and Platz Für Tanz promo group, Ksenia is one of the main forces of the rave movement in Latvia. Playing from Dommune/Tokyo to fabric.London, losing herself in dust at Burning Man, she flows from techno to ambient, dark disco to IDM. She challenges the most unexpected places for her events: trains, airports, libraries and even churches, - proving that techno is not only music, but the true cultural phenomena. 
Ksenia runs two music labels KĀDAS DOMAS and TĀDA GAITA, which are fully dedicated to Latvian electronic music, promoting Latvia born artists to the world.

Dycide has a unique approach to the music he produces, to the music he plays, to the stories he tells. A lengthy conversation and sound waves carry you deep into the jungle, deep into our-like culture yet with non of its crushing weight on the shoulders. So keep it real and do what you want, you are but a sound wave  in the vast deep sea.

Dycide's music is best described as intricate rhythms combining various percussive textures while keeping a subtle atmosphere. This creates a very minimalistic sound without losing the importance of storytelling. While his other passion, the art of programming, lets him experiment with generative art, both in visual and auditory work. In 2018 Dycide co-founded the audiovisual label IO together with his close friends MTRL & Polygonia. The label already counts many successful releases and has gained a deep following over the years.

@BLNDR is a French electronic music producer based in Paris.
Deep beats, percussions and atmospheric elements have always played an important role in his music. BLNDR took his first steps in electronic music by releasing his first EP on @Hypnus records in 2014.
Since then he has been collaborating with artists like Luigi Tozzi & AWB and releasing on various labels like @kizenrecords, @nonplus-records or @intervisionparis a label he also runs with his friends DJ Varsovie, Panzer & Paulie Jan. 
In 2022 BLNDR released his new vinyl with his new label @Prosophone. A vinyl label whose goal is to develop his own vision of electronic music and its various forms while presenting a new side project called Traevor and including a remix of Forest Drive West.

@eafhmlive is a multidisciplinary project created recently by the evolution of different artistic and exploratory stages.
Jorge Echaniz's, a man behind @secuencias_temporales, project has developed different facets, including a career as an interpreter and audio producer when experimenting with a wide variety of musical sequences. It seeks the integration of oscillating interpersonal ideas among the variety of solid conceptions. This project also defines the transformation of the artist that has developed under different aliases for many years.
Each interpretation is made to create an atmosphere based on sound art, generative art and Techno in its different variations.

Years and years of music exploration have led Alfonso Pomeda aka F-on to the job at the record shop, to owning a record label Alpenglühen and to the unique djing style with progressive sessions, profound and long mixes, real voyages that sail through experimental music, ambient, horizontal and dubby techno.

With every step forwards it’s a step more into the unknown. Cautiously pushing of an ocean bed a thought catches you off guard – this certainly is the last time in a long while before the familiar grains of sand will greet your tired feet anew. Though, consciousness now has its battle – the darkness beneath the body, the black waves catching up to you. Life long fight with self, the fight against the fear of nothingness deep under.

Now’s the time to leave before another storm hits the coast, deeper into the island. Sand quickly replaced with leaves rustling under the weight of your drained body. A swift change in light marks the entering to the jungle. Rumbling of the ocean is left far behind, tropical heat with an orchestra of birds, animals and insects overflows every bit of you. Although, one particular sound stands out, with slow but steady repetition inviting from deep within the forest. The closer you get, the easier it is to distinguish meditative hum followed by a voice – a human voice. Emerging from the shadows a giant black rock with the carving o a wave appears, and the eyes gazing directly into you – the shaman has been waiting.
