The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles- Gina Lestrade~ A Blast From The East End (Remix)

This is a bit of a simpler one today. I was messing around a little with the tune and figured a dance remix would be nice. Obviously one of the most recognizable Mega Man songs ever, and I think this one is nice for what it is. That’s all I really have to say. Hope you like it!

The Wonder Boy games are quite fun, and this game in particular has a great soundtrack. I had debated whether to make this a jazz or a tropical-sounding remix. But in the end, I went for a jazzy sound but with instruments you’d hear for a beach level in a game. I also had lots of fun with the percussion instruments (I’m a percussionist, after all) and coming up with solos for them. Needless to say, this is one I really quite like. Wonder Boy In Monster World- Welcome (Remix)

Here’s another Great Ace Attorney remix! One of my favorites, and no doubt the most iconic piece across both titles. Before I started working on this one, I had an idea, but it was too similar to the special arrangement found in Chronicles. I also considered not using a violin, but it just wouldn’t be the same without it. I spent a good chunk of time with this one, as I know how much the Ace Attorney fandom enjoys it. Hope this doesn’t disappoint!

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles- Partners The Game Is Afoot! (Remix)

Sonic Mania is easily one of the greatest Sonic games, period. And Tee Lopes’s incredible work on the music is just, I can’t put it in words! He’s easily one of the best game composers out there, IMO. This is one of my favorites, and slightly underrated tracks in the game. Sonic Mania- Egg Reverie (Remix)

A simple acoustic arrangement of my favorite town theme in Phantasy Star 4. I don’t know how to describe it, but an acoustic sound just seemed to perfectly match the melancholy, beautiful tone of the original. I think the remix turned out nicely. Another Phantasy Star town theme is next, and it’s coming later this week, so stick around!

There’s no artwork for the specific town, so I settled on this art of all the heroes. (Don’t know the particular artist. If you know who it is, please let me know so I can give credit)
This is one of my favorite themes in all of Phantasy Star 3. I love how the melody is so simple, yet intimidating. Too bad it’s barely played in the game. I wanted to keep that same feeling while adding my own little touches here and there. Considering there isn’t much to the piece, this is a shorter remix. But I do like the end result, and I hope you all think the same! More remixes to come!

Phantasy Star 3- Shusoran (Remix)

I’ll admit I haven’t played a whole lot of Eternal Champions, and that I’m not very good at the game. Despite that though, this game has a very good soundtrack, with this theme being one of my favorites. Didn’t do too much outside of making a guitar solo near the end, but I think this checks out. I hope you all enjoy this one!

Eternal Champions- Jetta's Theme (Remix)

Live A Live is such a phenomenal game. I finished it last week and can honestly say, there's nothing quite like it. The game's soundtrack is incredible as well, too bad SE keeps taking it down. Hopefully, they won't take this down, too...
Anyway, this is one that came surprisingly quickly to me and one that I had lots of fun with. Oboromaru's story was the first I played, so it felt fitting that I'd upload a remix of one of his themes. Hope you all enjoy it.

Live A Live- Shadowed Duty (Remix)

Golden Axe certainly is a fun game. The music definitely is very good as well on Genesis. This is the boss theme, and I wanted to go for an orchestral sound akin to the original feel of the game’s soundtrack. I also wanted to try and extend this as well, so this ended up being a bit longer compared to most of my other remixes. Considering I don’t typically write music in this style, I think I did alright. Hope you all like it as well!

Golden Axe- Battlefield (Remix)

Super Castlevania 4 is a great game and one I really enjoyed. The atmospheric soundtrack is awesome as well, even if I do prefer Bloodlines and Harmony of Dissonance’s music. 
This was a request by one of my YouTube subscribers. I almost never take requests, but the idea intrigued me, (and I don’t like being a jerk lol) so I went for it. Admittedly, this was one of the hardest pieces I’ve ever had to remix since it has a really busy organ part with not much else going on. I also went for a more experimental solo (at least for how I write them), as I wanted it to match with the very long notes of the melody but still keep it fairly busy.

Super Castlevania 4- Dracula Battle (Remix)

Hey everyone! Back with another Mega Man remix! This is one of my favorite tracks in the Mega Man 2 soundtrack, and one I had lots of fun with! I made some pretty bold choices with this one, like adding a 6/8 section and using some unusual instrument combinations, like synths and a shamisen. I really wanted to capture the beauty aspect of this theme, and I think I succeeded. Thank you for listening, and have a nice day!

Mega Man 2- Bubble Man (Remix)

Gregson is another one of my favorite characters in the game. One day when I was listening to this, I had an idea to make this metal, and it worked spectacularly! But then I also had an idea for a funky drumbeat that fit nicely, which ended up in the second half of the piece. Unlike most of my remixes, which have the piece repeat twice and add solos after, I added one in the middle to change things up. Sit back, fry up some fish and chips and enjoy this rendition of Inspector Gregson’s theme! Stay tuned for more!

JUST IN TIME FOR SONIC FRONTIERS, BABY!

Everyone talks about Sonic 3&K’s Death Egg, but never Sonic 2’s. Well, at least 3&K actually had a stage… Despite that, I really love this theme, even if you never really get a chance to listen to the whole thing. Because the track is 3/4 time, I felt it fitting to give this one in the style of a European-style waltz, hence the name. Of course, given the crazy techno sound of the original, it was a challenge. Overall, I think this was a solid attempt at such a task, and had quite a bit of fun adding some solos and a reference to the Death Egg Robot theme! Hope you get a kick out of this one!

Sonic 2- Death Egg (Remix)

Altered Beast sure is a classic. A short, but fun game that I have lots of memories of playing when I was a child. Metal just seemed like the perfect style to go with this track, and it fits like a glove! I had a blast with this one, especially with the parts toward the end, so hopefully, this pays off. I loved this game, and its soundtrack is incredible! This is the song for the first level for those who don’t know, and it makes a great first impression. I really went all out here, by adding a lot of my own original sections to the piece, and I’m quite proud of this one. Thank you for watching!

Bloodstained: Curse Of The Moon- Moonlight Temptation(Remix)

My dear fellows! I’m back with another Great Ace Attorney remix, and this time, it’s the theme for our loveable and goofy detective, Herlock Sholmes! One thing about me is that I love 80s rock, and I was listening to a lot of it when I came up with the idea for this one (props to anyone who can guess the inspiration). Sholmes is probably sad he can’t play his violin now, lol. I hope you have fun with this rendition of an awesome theme for an even greater character.

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles- Herlock Sholmes(80s Rock Remix)

I’ll be honest, at the risk of angering some of you, compared to other Sonic soundtracks, I’m not as big a fan of this one. That’s not to say I hate it, of course, as there are plenty of bangers in there. This is one of my favorite tracks and one I had lots of fun with. I had the idea of using two different music styles, with the intro being this church-like sound that I really love, and the rest being a funky jazz style akin to the original. And you can’t have jazz without some incredible improvised solos! Hope you all love this one, and stick around for more!

Sonic Adventure- At Dawn (Remix)

For those of you that don’t have a Sega Genesis Mini, this game is on there, and I like to think this track alone is enough to warrant playing it! It’s certainly not an easy game, but that doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy this track, right? This is one of my favorite remixes; hopefully, you all agree!

Darius- Captain Neo (Remix)

Lea! Hi! I freaking love Crosscode! This is one of the most popular tunes in the whole game, and I really wanted to do it justice. I also went for some unique instrumentation, like adding a harmonica. The ideas for this one flowed in my head pretty easily, so I’m delighted with the final result. Enjoy, and have a nice day!

Crosscode- Shizuka (Remix)

Here’s yet another Phantasy Star 4 remix! This one was a challenge, as I came up with the harpsichord intro and couldn’t come up with anything for a long time. After some thought, I had the idea to experiment with dynamics and make this grow and decay throughout. It ended up being my longest remix to date, clocking in at 7 minutes! Ultimately, I’m glad I went this route, as I feel this is an unexpected direction that most people wouldn’t think of. Thank you for listening!

Phantasy Star 4- Organic Beat (Remix)

Here’s yet another original by me! Back when I had my Bandcamp, I had an idea to make a progressive instrumental album. But now that’s gone, that idea is now no longer a reality. This was one of the few pieces that I completed, and the artwork I made would’ve been used as the album cover.
I had wanted this to be a Sega Genesis-style tune, hence the use of only 9 channels, but never got around to making it into such. Plus, with the drums; the kick, snare, and hi-hat never play at the same time, as a Genesis sound chip would do. Thus, this is what led to this crazy drum pattern, and the prog feel of this piece. 
I really hope you all love Make Me Your Enemy, as it’s one of my favorite original compositions I’ve made.

How crazy, this remix is not only perfectly timed for Tears of the Kingdom but also for the 2nd anniversary of my channel! Considering this is a really simple piece, I really opened up room for groove and solos. I stuck to an ocarina because of course and used a harp since I was playing Skyward Sword around the time I made this. Please enjoy this remix, and wish you all lots of fun with Tears of the Kingdom! So I've been playing LOTS of Octopath Traveler 2. Let me tell you, it's the perfect sequel in every way. The characters and their stories, the gameplay and visuals, and of course, the soundtrack! Castti's story was one of my absolute favorites, and her theme is so beautiful. I actually completed this in only a couple of days and I wanted to get this out there cause I'm really proud of this one. Hope you all enjoy it!
