I found anxiety back in 2014 for the first time. 2015 changed my life forever when I lost love for the first time. I fell so deep into depression that I wanted to end my life. I got through it somehow but knew things needed to be changed so I left everything I once had and was comfortable with in 2016 to start a new life. Not until the end of 2018 did I find happiness. And I am here today to say that anxiety can actually be put to rest.

Anxiety is apart of life so I have realized but it doesn't have to control ones self. There are ways around it. Sometimes time itself can heal that darkness. Sometimes you have to lose everything to find something worth living for.

Remember life is short... Dont let anxiety kill you!
