"Water In The Moon" marks the highly anticipated album release by Dsum. Following his last album in 2022, Dsum unveils a 12-track opus meticulously crafted to explore the boundaries of electro sounds, oscillating between experimental ambient and Detroit techno. It represents perhaps his most musically rich endeavor to date.

To be released under his own label, Back Door, his fourth album is the culmination of years of introspective musical exploration, tracing its origins back to the lockdown period of 2020. A tribute to the genesis of electronic music, "Water In The Moon" pays homage to Dsum's electronic roots while pushing the boundaries of sonic innovation.

Drenched in analog warmth, the album boasts lush pads, expansive synths, and gritty 808 electro beats, crafting a mesmerizing mosaic of soundscapes that transport you to outer space. Every track showcases Dsum's production and electronic music expertise, with brief variations and instrumental snippets adding to a unified journey of auditory exploration.

Presented in two EP releases, The "Gravity Loss EP" and "Double Distance EP" serve as the album's twin pillars, each offering a unique sonic experience that brings "Water In The Moon" to life. Set to be released on both vinyl and digital platforms, the wax version of the album unveils ten tracks across two 12" records in May and June, followed by the full digital album release featuring all twelve songs in their original intended order, complete with exclusive additions.

House High is the new off shoot of Orlando, FL based French Press Lounge, a division focusing on dance-forward house hybrids of all flavors and attitudes. We're happy to kick it off with a hot EP by Washington, DC based producer and DJ Torrello titled "Music (Music)."

With a handful of tracks and EPs out via Y4 Collective and theBasementDiscos plus a steamy sold-out tape on the legendary 100% Silk label, Kenny Torrello has steadily been growing a breezy, groovy catalog of heartfelt house tunes, straddling homegrown electronic introspection and dance floor readiness. The “Music (music) EP” goes heavy on the latter, shifting focus away from mid tempo office musings towards infectious, fun-loving house heaters.

Taking inspiration from the local DC scene where the underground pushes and pulls accessibility and experimentation into new forms, Torrello brings a classic 90’s house hit sensibility to the front, fusing breaks, bouncing basslines and big kicks with cheeky horn lines, looping vocal cuts and a lick of disco flair sure to please your inner ear. From the crunchy, honking title track to the emotive, almost Italo-like burner that is “Feel It,’ these tunes act as both slick bridges and sweet focal points to any set looking for a zany, carefree lift.

Live recording of the first two hours of the Valentines Day edition of Open Air Discoteque, an outside dance event by Zelos Audio happenin' every Friday night at the Henao Sound Garden on the outskirts of Orlando, FL. Resident DJ and French Press Lounge head guy Blair Sound Design opens up the first hour with a narrative blend of sweet and "yeesh!"-type love songs followed by local legend El Nalgón, both going deep into their respective vinyl collections for the sauciest shit they have to offer (save an mp3 or two).
