Zola strikes back as the Disco Queen of Berlin. Her mix is a perfect blend of Disco-flavoured House Music with splashes of Jazz, Funk, and Soul. It was recorded on a very sunny winter day and you can almost feel the sunbeams shining through the music, warming you up with good vibes after a long winter in isolation. Zola is a resident DJ at Klunkerkranich, where she hosts the party “Lucid Dreams”. She co-runs the music blog and radio show Drift Ashore.

Here's a crunchy downtempo mix I made in a short session over the weekend. It's got moments where you might wanna dance, but it's too chill to start a party. Enjoy the ride!

The other night I took some downtempo vibes and added some house, techno and acid herbs and this tasty little set came out. Probably about 50% up and 50% down which sounds about right in the current climate. It's a mix packed with tracks from the good people at @Amselcom. We celebrated 10 years-ish (!) of Proto Hustle at one of Berlin's truly hidden gems, Nirgendwo.

We kicked things off outside amongst the beautiful greenery of the beer garden at 15:00, then moved things indoors to the tram shed for some heavy dancefloor action once the sun-sets.

The crowd and weather were perfect. Thanks to everyone involved 👌🏽😎
