In 2011 (Lead Vocalist/Guitar Player) Shawn Scribner and (Bassist) Don Ostrander came together with hopes to form a band. The two knew they needed a second guitar player for the sound they wanted so with that in mind they added (Lead Guitarist) Dan Hartle to the mix. Then with a quick search they found John Gladys as their drummer. So then with music running through their viens, lyrics in their minds, Blame Anchor was formed.
