Expect nothing less than full force big room beats of an epic proportion as Dutch party-starters Bassjackers and EDM duo Saberz bring their debut collaboration to Smash The House with ‘Lose It.’

An electrifying release, ‘Lose It’ immediately hooks you in with an isolated synth riff forming the anthemic, clap-along melody to which a robotic voice chants “We want to see everyone lose control.” In no time at all, stonking big room beats, punchy drum pads and a thrusting bass send adrenaline levels soaring and unleash the full hedonistic powers of this mainstage monster that is ‘Lose It.’

After first exploding onto the scene in 2011 with ‘Mush Mush’ out on Tïesto’s Musical Freedom imprint, Bassjackers have gone on to become one of the biggest dance music sensations of the last decade. Together they have collaborated with a star-studded list of artists including Martin Garrix, Afrojack, R3hab, KSHMR, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and x3 Grammy Award winner Ne-Yo. Therefore, it’s no surprise that Bassjackers have spent seven consecutive years in DJMag’s Top 100 DJs Poll, smashed chart-topping success, and performed at some of the world’s most prestigious events. 

Hungarian duo SaberZ have sparked industry interest in recent years from dance music supremes Hardwell, Armin Van Buuren, Tïesto, W&W and Timmy Trumpet. Their big-room energy, irresistible danceability, and even trance inspired beats, have resulted in signings with Revealed Recordings, Rave Culture/Armada Music and MarLo’s Reaching Altitude. Along with their fiery on-stage presence, SaberZ have established a strong fan following of music lovers alike including almost half a million monthly listeners on Spotify.

Applying their own mainstage, dancefloor ready energy to a forgotten classic, MATTN and Jaxx & Vega combine exhilaratingly on this big room house rework of Bomfunk MC’s 1999 hip hop hit ‘Freestyler’!

Almost a quarter of a century on from its original release, two behemoths of the EDM scene in MATTN and Jaxx & Vega combine to deadly effect as they give Bomfunk MC’s 1999 hit ‘Freestyler’ a mainstage facelift, ready for any festival headline slot around the world! The two seasoned veterans and Smash The House regulars make it look easy as they blend elements of the original effortlessly in to a reimagined arena, where basslines thump and synths crash. It would be easy to lose sight of the original when the differing sounds are eras apart, but the experience of the two producers shines through as they do the seminal hit justice in every way!

MATTN, at just 26 years of age, is fast becoming one of, if not the most, listened to female producers in the EDM scene. Clocking in with almost 1.5m monthly listeners on Spotify alone and collaborations with the biggest and best in Martin Jensen, DJ’s From Mars and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, it is no wonder that MATTN is a name on everyone’s lips. This will be the Belgian selectors 10th single release of the year, an incredible run of top quality releases which has put her at the forefront of the scene. Jaxx & Vega is another name that needs no introduction in the world of mainstage producers, the German duo have been impressive as of late with their solo work in ‘Revival’ and collaborations in their recent remix of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s release with Akon ‘She Knows’. The Ruhr area natives are true pioneers and torch-carriers for the big room genre, never straying away from the roots of their influence while simultaneously creating unique and original moments with every release. It is this feeling that has kept the duo on top for so long!

In a surprise release, the brother’s passion is for their fans is on display again as they drop a mammoth new ‘Garden of Madness’ EP. Collating all the latest dancefloor favourites from their extensive musical arsenal into one package, the brothers want to raise the mood and give fans the chance to party with them from the comfort of their own homes.

This exclusive lockdown Garden of Madness megamix is brimming with party-starting energy and insatiable vibes, and comes complete with a Tomorrowland introduction – as a nod to the global festival we all love and which sadly will be postponed this summer. So, with the release of this Garden of Madness EP, Dimitri & Mike hope to give fans a slice of party action in their own living room through the sounds of the festival’s official ‘Kings of Tomorrowland’, as if they were right there with them in the action.

The compilation is a combination of recent standout releases and anthems that have had a timeless quality with crowds during their mainstage festival sets throughout the years. The megamix EP features classic tracks such as the TomorrowWorld anthem ‘Ocarina’ with Wolfpack, alongside 2019’s huge hit ‘The Flight’ in collaboration with Bassjackers and D’Angelo & Francis. Also included is this year’s epic Timmy Trumpet collaboration ‘The Anthem (Der Alte)’, the newly released single ‘The Chase’ with Quintino, and their current release and collaboration with Bassjackers ‘Happy Together’. The EP is rounded off by MATTN’s party anthem ‘Girlz Wanna Have Fun’ with Stavros Martina and Kevin D. 

Currently top of the Top 100 DJ’s poll and with a string of impeccable, hard-hitting releases, including their latest work as 3 Are Legend alongside long-time production partner Steve Aoki, Justin Prime and Sandro Silva on ‘Raverdome’, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike are maximising this time at home to full effect in the studio with more new music soon to announced by the Belgian duo. For now, they’re excited to treat fans to a collection of their finest cuts from recent years and encourage them to party hard at home with the official release of their ‘Garden Of Madness’ EP.
