DJ Different dons his Terraform alias as he begins his journey in ‘Entering The Void’ on CYBERDOME; exploring phat electro bass-lines and party-starting ghettotech energy with its crosshairs fixated firmly on the club environment.

Born and raised in the culturally rich city of Malmo, the Swedish producer has previously released on London based label Deeply Cultured, Distant Hawaii, Mood Of Era, 1Ø PILLS MATE and Traxx Underground, spanning atmospheric techno, ethereal breakbeat and chunky electro.

‘Ultrasonic’ is an ear-wriggling cut of stripped-back psychedelia. As David Holmes would say, all the best electronic music tracks are made up of only a few components. Here, typical electro synth stabs, robotic vocal sampling and sparse precision allows the track room to breathe, whilst maintaining a deep and funk-driven groove.

‘Ghettotech’ sounds how you would expect it to; pounding kicks, frantic atmospherics and lairy screw-face hype combine on a certified fire-starter, before ‘Exiting The Void’ introduces itself on a footwork vibe that evolves into a sequence of interstellar-dungeon dub-electro.

‘The Rise of the Slavs’ takes its inspiration from the diverse group of tribes who lived in Central and Eastern Europe in the 6th to 10th centuries, establishing the foundations for the Slavic nations; it’s marching rhythm beaming historical context into 21st Century dance music.

Sharp electro-minimalism on the Horizon Rising EP is ranging from hypnotic and subtle to a punkish kick in the arse. Lush textures, bitter-sweet acid, and thick bass lines are looking past trends to create a lasting record. Adding extra weight to this polar electro voyage are remixes by two among our favorite producers, Alonzo and Univac. Univac's remix is available as a digital exclusive.

In his new mini-album, Viner explores the colonial history of Central Asia. He protests against nostalgia for the "great past" of the USSR and imperialist tendencies, deeply ingrained in the consciousness of the older generation that largely defines the current politics of the region. Being clearly against and tired of the same-old-same-old tales of how marvelous the past was, Viner in his 'Navro'z' calls to question these concepts, examines the anxieties of the present, and explores the possibilities of the future. The title itself hints at a new chapter of post-Soviet countries’ history.

In Zoroastrian tradition, Navro’z is a festival of spring and a symbol of a new beginning, a new life. People who celebrate Navro'z believe that the more good you do on this day, the luckier the year will be. And it's about time we all have a lucky year, for a change.

Meticulous work with composition has turned this dance album into a true blockbuster. Viner, a master of unexpected turns, switches gears from ample emotional moments to fantastic intense choreography of Central Asian rhythms. Epic scenes alternate with harsh slaps and yells, as if reflecting the unstable psyche of the author, who transitions from almost childlike calmness (hello "Boards of Canada") to difficult-to-control rage.

If we go post-colonial, we go full speed and unravel the similarities in the music of the oppressed. Uzbek vocals by Turgan Alimatov, monotonously repeating “nova", sound like a reminder of possible freedom from the metropolis; Asian drums of Naubat sound distinctly Central African. In G'azab feat. Wulffluw XCIV, Uzbek instruments [doyra, kairok, surnai, thunderous qurnai] sound like a potent mix of Paris vogue ball and footwork of the backstreets of Chicago — unabashedly delving into a multi-layered concept without losing its dance dynamics.

As an Asian Russian artist in exile, Viner, through his own experience, has realized that the personal is political and now challenges the widespread escapist belief that music — or any form of art, for that matter — is apolitical. By blending seemingly unmixable music styles, Viner hopes we can navigate the rapids of decolonization smoothly and without violence.

Coming from the early Techno and Rave scene in the center of Germany is Jan a passionate but not a profesional Electro DJ and a music lover in general.

He builds robots for the German car industry to pay the bills. After his work day he likes to go down the rabbit hole to the universe of electronic music.

This Soundcloud account is for sharing his favourite Electro sounds.

Blastromen is a dark and futuristic electronic music producing duo from Finland by Mika Rosenberg and Sami Koskivaara . They mix oldschool and modern electronic sounds together saluting the past and greeting the future.

Blastromen's musical themes drifts between science facts and fictions where complex and accurate modern production methods, catchy melodies and vocoder singing makes their music catchy and unique.

The history of Blastromen goes all the way back to the year 2003 when the duo decided to change their current musical style to more electro influenced direction. The futuristic name "Blastromen" was then formed. Soon, in year 2004 the first 12" EP vinyl 'Robot Aggression' was released on a finnish record label X0X Records. The release got an excellent welcome in its genre and it was played also in foreign clubs. Due to its low pressing amount it has become a sort of collector's item over the years. From this first release Blastromen has been a popular name in electro genre worldwide.

During the next years duo concentrated on producing more music, which was compiled into Tron influenced 4-tracker vinyl EP 'Blasteroids'. It was released on a same record label X0X Records in 2008. Stylistically this release followed the same path as the previous record and its welcome in the audience grew Blastromen's popularity also internationally. Indication for this was Dave Clarke playing the record in his radio show. At the time legendary Street Sounds Records was relaunched by Morgan Khan. Blastromen was invited to participate with a track 'Blasteroids' on their new compilation 'Nu Electro vol. 1'. The compilation got a warm welcome and got a successor titled 'Nu Electro vol. 2' which also included a track 'Battlenet' from Blastromen.

Besides the new release Blastromen started performing live and since then they have played live in Finland, Germany, Spain and Russia. Their live show has developed over the years into a unique show including light jackets that are programmed to follow the music.

After 'Blasteroids' EP the duo started planning the first album release. They started to compose new songs and reproduce older unreleased songs. Their debut album 'Human Beyond' was released in 2010 on a german record label Dominance Electricity. According to many people this album is one of the classic records of modern electro. The album holds grandiloquent music with epic themes and rich melodies.

In the next years Blastromen established their own Nucleaire Sound studio where the production continued. An idea of creating a new record came about immediately after the previous release and they started to compile a new EP. In the end of 2012 there was so much material that instead of an EP they decided to release another album, titled 'Reality Opens'. The release date of the new album is in February 2014.

The year 2014 is Blastromen's 10-year anniversary. In year they release their highly anticipated second album 'Reality Opens' and return back to the live stage after intensive studio session. During the year they will also introduce a new version of their light suits which have become their trademark.
