It has been 4 Earth days since the team left Astra, they were ahead of schedule, and in a few minutes they would be coming up on the Warp gate to the Lumi District. the team's eyes glistened at the Warp gate, as if it was calling them to come closer, Kali then moved the ship into the portal and put the ships engine into overdrive so the Compressed space in the warp tunnel could set them off to hit the Lumi district in a couple of seconds. 


[1:36] but soon the team realized that something was wrong, The Lumi District was not far away at this point, and they weren’t getting to the exit point of this warp tunnel, usually from this distance it should only take a few seconds, but this tunnel was minutes long… “wait, something is wrong, why is it taking this long?” Josh says in a worried tone. “Kali, what speed are we currently running at?” Max asks. Kali slowly turns to Max, sweat dripping down her face, “i can't get a reading... it's maxed out...” the whole room was silent, the team was nervous and fearing for their lives, a second in these tunnels would result in 50,000 light years of distance traveled, but this tunnel was minutes long, Lumi is right on the Border of Deep space, meaning they could be thrown out past the Edge of explored space Into the Unknown… suddenly Kali sees the end of the tunnel, and exits into uncompressed space. "well... we've clearly gone past Lumi" Josh says in a distressed tone. Kali gets up and heads to her living quarters, Max and Josh stand there silently, thinking about what to do. Max then speaks up and says “There’s no going back now… we have gone past the worlds border, and as far as i know there's no way back now, the only thing we can do is to keep moving forward." Josh nods his head in agreement and grabs the wheel, to move forward Into the Unknown…
