Following the success of his first two outings on Selected. with ‘Change of Heart’ (together with SOMMA & Louise Harris) in 2021 and ‘Honesty’ (with Able Faces & Callum George) in 2023, high-flying German DJ and producer Paul Schulze (@paulschulzemusic) is back in the saddle for his latest release on our label, as he unveils his brand new collaborative cut ‘No Way Out’.

Out now, the stunning new single sees Paul Schulze join forces with Scottish singer-songwriter Aaron Smith – or sadHAPPY as he’s more commonly known in musical circles – who has enjoyed early tastemaker support from the likes of BBC Radio 1, Apple Music, NME, CLASH and Wonderland following a string of singles including ‘Better Everyday’, ‘You’ and ‘America’, as well as an opening slot for Ellie Goulding on her 2023 world tour. Inspired by the juxtaposition of life’s highs and lows, sadHAPPY’s emotive vocals serve as a reminder to embrace both while working towards becoming the best version of yourself, whilst Paul Schulze’s deep and driving instrumental delivers something worthy for dance floors worldwide. A firm favourite on the roster, PALASTIC (@palastic) debuted on Selected. with their international hit ‘Caught In A Dream’ alongside Lissa in 2020, and have since continued to build a remarkable discography across the likes of Armada’s The Bearded Man, Virgin, Kitsuné Musique and Soave. The duo’s Selected. collaborations, including ‘Through The Fire’ with Sam Welch in 2022 and ‘Fall Back Down’ with James French in 2023, have ensured their elevation to even greater heights, amassing impressive streaming figures and in turn building a dedicated fan base. 

Following the global success of their track ‘Wildfire’ in March of this year, PALASTIC return to Selected. once more with their tantalising new single ‘Inner Light’ (feat. Malou). Enjoying early support from household names including Disclosure, Benny Benassi, Chris Lake and Ferry Corsten, Italian musician and record producer Astrality has been fast-tracked to international acclaim since his inaugural release in 2020. Joining the Selected. family in 2021 with his collaborative single ‘Alone Together’ with Georgia Blackwell, Astrality has since gone to become a firm favourite for the imprint, releasing a string of hits including 'Times Are Changing', 'Fade to Black' and 'Heartbeat Slow'.

Melbourne-based artist London Topaz makes his debut on selected. with “Reasons”, a heartfelt and atmospheric house track featuring returning vocalist Clearest. Known for her emotive and ambient vocal delivery, Clearest last appeared on the label in the April release “No Good” with DJ Katch.

On “Reasons”, the duo craft a dreamy, late-night sound that’s both introspective and rhythmically engaging. Built around London Topaz’s elegant production and a glowing, layered arrangement, the track leans into emotional depth while staying firmly rooted in groove.
