Blck Buda is an electronic music producer, the sort of music producer who uses computers and software to manipulate audio to create a desired sound. But long before that, this individual had started his career before he even knew it.

It was 2009, that ‘The Black One’ begun using Virtual DJ, a computer based DJ software, to create long play mixes. During this period, he would DJ at High School events  for his peers. Not to long after that, he had progressed to using CD players to mix, at cafeterias and nightclubs. By the year 2011, his resumè included  DJing alongside South Africa’s biggest household names within House Music . It was during this year that he decided he wanted to pursue his career into greater detail and went into a formal process into acquiring a qualification in sound engineering.

By 2012, Blck Buda was producing music in FL Studio and recording artists in Pro Tools, who were predominantly rappers. It during during this time, as a recording engineer, that he revived a fascination towards Hip-Hop. By 2013, he had fully dedicated his time and efforts towards being a music producer and went onto beginning a degree in Sound Production the following year. With a clear picture of being a music producer, Blck Buda was focused, but was far from content. His desires went onto songwriting and recording during his time in Cape Town, at internationally based audio school, SAE.

It was during his final year that he honed his skills, behind the microphone as a recording artist. Within Pro Tools, as a recording engineer and on music production software, Abelton Live, as a ‘new age’ music producer. With these set of skills, it is with pleasurable difficulty that, ‘QUAZAR SP’, Blck Buda’s first official record, whereby he appears as a recording artist, is complete and set for release in 2018, with a lead single titled, ‘iSKOROKORO’, which features Ant-Life and is a motivating anthem for the people.
