Next at “27”, we’re welcoming Portuguese artist Gustavo Lima from Porto, better known as ‘A Thousand Details’ — who shares with us the essence of his recent modular journeys.
Releasing on labels like Dynamic Reflection & Diffuse Reality, his output is also well represented on ATD, — his own playful imprint.

This four-tracker consists of driving and distorted stories, framed in raw compositions, along spicy and rhythmic grooves. Contemporary modular interpretation of techno.

Born in 1980,
Defined by influences from the 80s New Wave sound and the dark synth-pop (Depeche Mode), he found his way quickly to electronic music. In 1997 T.A.G. began collecting the corresponding equipment for the task and with enthusiasm began spinning records. From 1997-1999 his sound took on the Detroit/Techno/Minimal style and thereafter the influence of Tresor Records’ artists such as Cristian Vogel and Neil Landstrumm helped him develop his current Brighton techno sound. Starting in 1999 he began to get regular bookings and also through his own parties Ton-Art he gained a name for himself regionally. After several years and successful gigs, in 2003 he played in Tresor New Faces night which gave him the incentive to try out for the Tresor Award. Ultimately he was selected among the top three by demonstrating his mixing and sound technique.
In 2007 T.A.G. was made an official member of the Headquarters team and in 2009 a resident DJ in Tresor.

Dilemma Podcast 101 Yasmina from Buenos Aires (Argentina) Florencia Yasmina Apaza aka YASMINA is an artist born in Buenos Aires and raised in San Martin de los Andes, Patagonia Argentina.
She found refuge in music since her childhood, she started playing the drums and exploring different genres. In her sets, resounding kick drums, complex rhythms exerting her hypnotic effect.
She decided to move back to Buenos Aires in 2021 to enter the music industry more professionally.
She is currently a resident of ORAKEL (Ar) and is part of the Analytical Convenience (Pt) collective made up of artists from Portugal, Spain, France, Holland, Italy and Argentina.

It opens with a heady half-time trek through deepest space, moves into fractalized downtempo territory, and then picks up the pace with uptempo arpeggiated bassline burners.
