We’re already up to episode 17 of this DeGama led project, and this month is a genuine cause for celebration as Killer Boogie treats you to a (Re) Funk-Head Special edition! DeGama is in the driving seat for the first hour, featuring 100% (Re) Funk-Head tracks from the gold mines of Samosa. In the first hour you’ll hear tracks from Paul Older, MB Edit, The Funk District, Moplen and DeGama himself. 

Joining DeGama for this month’s show is special guest - Italian producer and DJ duo Drunkdrivers! Aka Edoardo and Guido,  Drunkdrivers are friends, music lovers and record collectors who have been collaborating for 5 years -  turning the  genres of house, disco and soul on their respective heads. 

You can often find Edoardo and Guido joining up the musical dots with their good friend Dirtyelements - and the results are always spectacularly good.

The Black Light Disco Show blasts back onto the myhouseradio.fm airwaves with another spittoon full of delicious tunes and fantastic beats! 

It’s the fifth Monday of the month which can only mean one thing - two glorious hours in the company of Mr Boombastic himself, Cole Kutz! Cole will shortly be arriving in the brand new BLD Towers following our move from the original building last Friday. All Cole has to work with is a power socket and an empty floor, but the man is a hardy type and has no fear of empty spaces! 

In Cole’s considerable bag of tricks for this one are gems from the likes of Les Rhythms Digitalis, Adam Ten, George Cynnamon and Les Bisous.

The Black Light Disco show airs exclusively on the #1 house music station on the planet - myhouseradio.fm. Tune in every Monday from 2pm-4pm EST, 7pm-4pm GMT, 8pm-10pm CET. 

The idea of Black Light Disco became a real thing when a few like-minded DJs and producers came together to put on a night showcasing the very best in disco, house and funk and everything in between. Our ethos is based around a very simple concept: GOOD MUSIC, GOOD TIMES with GOOD PEOPLE. We announced ourselves on a gorgeous sunny Saturday in June 2019 with an all day and night party in Liverpool’s thriving Baltic Triangle area. It was the start of something very special. 

We have a solid core group of musical talent residing in BLD Towers hailing from England, Scotland, Wales, Northen Ireland and Italy -  providing perfectly cooked grooves and juicy basslines. 

The BLD team comprises of Esteban, Goz (Spin City), Pookie Knights, Cole Kutz (Opentempo.fm) De Gama and Fingerman (Hot Digits) – clocking up decades of DJ’ing and dancefloor experience between us. As individuals, the BLD team have been producing consistently high quality sets over the last few years. Now, as a collective, the aim is to make Black Light Disco THE place to promote new music and to bring you the very best in established/up-and-coming artists and producers in the sunlit uplands of sonic pleasure. 

In January 2020, we launched a weekly show on THE biggest house music FM radio station in New York, MyHouseRadio.fm (also available digitally at www.myhouseradio.fm).  The Black Light Disco Show airs every Monday exclusive to MyHouse Radio between 7pm – 9pm GMT (2pm -4pm EST), bringing you the finest in disco, funk and boogie; all delivered by our expert in-house Sonic Consultants (resident DJs) with guest mixes from the hottest producers, DJs and artists out there right now.
