About Chemical Dumpster:
Chemical Dumpster is a Brazilian DJ and Producer, currently residing in the Techno capital Berlin. His musical life started early, with several influences coming from Punk, Metal, and Progressive Rock. This diversity he tries to show during his sets and productions, trying to mix traumatizing heavy elements with involving vibes to take the listener on a journey.
Techno once was the responsible for giving this musician a life line and the possibility to find and reinvent himself. This eternal gratitude motivates him to give back to the people, now, from the other side of the decks.

About P^KNT€ 

Remixing, sampling, synthesis, DIY, noise, dismantling, reassembling, and glitching. During their adolescence, they listened to a lot of hardcore/punk, and that's how it all began. P^KNT€ is an artist and researcher from Argentina, currently living in Barcelona. They are interested in mixing styles, techniques, noise, and technology. They perform live sessions, live coding, DJ sets, performances, and audiovisual projects. Through the use of samplers, synthesizers, effects, and collaborations, they create their songs. At times, they become melodic, although noise is always present. They take the idea of a performance as a structure perverted by improvisation, a process that alters the meaning of harmony, melody, and rhythm. Musically, their productions range from IDM to Noise, punk, and unexpected blends of folklore, guaracha, breakbeat, noise, d&b, and grime, on the edge of the post-club scene.

FRAGMENT-A is a Latin American label dedicated to making Rhythmic Experiments in Electronic Music visible, founded in 2019 by Feli Cabrera López (Efe Ce Ele) and currently co-managed with Nico Lettieri Lodigiani (P^KNT€). With the premiere of the track "TORMENTA DE ARENA" we celebrate its revival. The goal of the platform is to make Experimental Rhythms visible and to expand the Latin American Electronic Music scene inside and outside the geographical borders. On August 1st will be the launch of the EP, on July 28th they will make an event with Bungalovv, YOZY and NxHxR in Barcelona, and will soon open a call for a VA with different artists and electronic music genres.

I am a Brazilian musician living in Berlin. When Techno happened in my life, I felt like I was being reborn. Except when you are born you go out into the world, for Techno was the opposite, it dragged me into a dark, cold corner, it pulled me in, like a dark hole pulling the light. It may sound scary, but it wasn't like that, it dragged me into its core, but at the same time, it protected me from the things haunting me outside. It gave me a protective layer against which I could escape from the unwanted reality. At some point, partying and enjoying music was not enough, I needed to be a part of it and contribute to the community that had embraced me. Right now, again I feel like Techno is here to protect me. In such a terrible year, being isolated, having social interactions reduced to a minimum. Techno is here, to care for us and to make us enjoy whatever is left of life, and dance this terrible year away.

The name of this set is Chasing Oblivion, as an homage to a period of life when Techno acted as an escape from reality. Chasing Oblivion was the goal, to forget, and to be forgotten. This period of my life brought me to where I am today, and as melancholic as it may sound I am grateful for all the experiences and feelings I've had.
