I was just in kind of a relaxed mood so wtf. the synth at the beginning clips a little and the drums are a little too loud. using some tr707 samples for drums which I'm in love with recently. this was all done with hardware synths/samplers again.

This is a result of a patch I made on my microKORG that sounded kind of "stormy" and a little bit of tribal sounding drums on the volca beats.

I got a new synth this week and I figured I'd make something cool with it. The song is based off of a riff I've been playing with for the past year or two. I used my microkorg for the lead riff, volca bass for the second synth part, and my akai mpc500 was used to sequence everything along with 808 drum samples

I've been playing music forever and am finally getting around to recording it and putting it somewhere people can listen to it. Right now I'm just kind of fucking around but hopefully it will lead to some more serious stuff. 

For people interested in how I do things:
I use all hardware synthesizers, samplers, sequencers, and effects, mostly cheap shit that i've found on ebay or picked up on craigslist. Right now the center of my little rig is an Akai MPC 500 which is used for drum sounds as well as sequencing my other gear through MIDI. My other two main sources of sound are my MicroKorg Virtual Analog Synthesizer (for synth duties) as well my EMU Proteus sound module(mostly for piano duties).  It's all running through an old 8 channel mixer with a cheap chinese reverb pedal in the effects loop.
