The 7" event dubplate series continues into a new decade with a fresh serving featuring an exclusive collaboration between Brooklyn, Bristol, and Portland featuring Sam Binga, Rider Shafique, Alter Echo & E3, and Dub-Stuy's own Dubamine. This limited edition 7" was pressed for the 13th edition of Echo Chamber, which took place on March 7, 2020 in Brooklyn, NYC.

The 7" event dubplate series continues into a new decade with a fresh serving featuring an exclusive collaboration between Brooklyn, Bristol, and Portland featuring Sam Binga, Rider Shafique, Alter Echo & E3, and Dub-Stuy's own Dubamine. This limited edition 7" was pressed for the 13th edition of Echo Chamber, which took place on March 7, 2020 in Brooklyn, NYC.

Side A is the Bristol x Portland connection, with a weighty riddim that combines Sam Binga's dancefloor sensibilities with the dubwise vibrations of Portlands' Alter Echo & E3. "Shots Fired" is made complete by yet another stellar vocal turn from Rider Shafique.

On the flip, Dubamine showcases his talent for crafting minimalist dub inspired soundscapes with the atmospheric "Nature's Dub", his second track on Dub-Stuy's 7" event dubplate series. 

150 copies of this blue 7" exist. Both tracks were mastered, cut and pressed at Stereodisk Studio. Once they're gone, they're gone. No digital. No repress.

Dutch duo The Illuminated makes their debut on the lowlands Rotterdam based Dub Communication imprint. 

On the A side, featuring Vale's horns, you'll find 'Revolution' (previously known as Liberation). A sought after 120BPM dubplate stepper which ignites the dance each 'n every time. Flip the 7" and you'll find that, with their signature sound, they remixed 'Hugh Dub' - originally by Blind Prophet, previously released on DUBCOM003V.

We begin with 'Detour', a slow, marching epic, pushing forward spacey dub chord delays to dance in the light of the pad textures above. From here, 'Moon Walker' continues down the slower, more haunted path, focussing on little metallic jilts and depthy reverbs, before 'Volca Escalera' supplies is with a more bass-heavy finale, lashing together punchy kick movements and some sweeping acidic synthesis for a top quality outro''.
