A New Dawn

Es ist wieder so weit!  
Verschmust mit Orion über den Dächern der Stadt trägt uns unsere geliebte Lenia durch eine Valentinstagsnacht, in der Wien leise zu swingen beginnt. Unter dem funkelnden Gürtel des Orion flanieren wir durch @gassen-aus-zucker, vorbei an Laternen, die wie beseelte Saxophone hauchen und ihren Kontrabass im Wind zupfen. Rauchige Jazz-Nuancen treffen auf weiche, urbane Grooves – mal samtig wie ein Mitternachtsdessert, mal prickelnd wie ein Schluck Rosé über den Dächern der Stadt. Zwischen Sternschnuppen und Herzklopfen entfaltet sich ein Sound, der Nostalgie küsst und doch federleicht bleibt. Ob verliebt, verknallt oder ganz bei sich selbst – dieses Set ist eine magische Einladung, sich im nächtlichen Wien treiben zu lassen.

A few weeks ago, my good friend @orangedrift invited me to a very special afternoon. We dedicated the day to good music and made ourselves cozy to escape the Berlin winter. Preparing this set also really brightened up those gray days for me.

Gloomy Days - Lucid Dreams

The 10 year anniversary of our beloved Shipwrecked was something to behold. It’s been an honour to spend these years as part of a team creating so much art and apce for play together. This year being part of the Humming Hut’s closing chapter on Sunday afternoon was truly special. Walking off stage and realising people had pulled the pontoon up to the dancefloor to make more space to dance melted my heart. Thank you to everyone who shared that moment with me x

Aber bitte die Sauerstoffflasche nicht vergessen,  denn nur Schnorchel reicht hier sicher nicht aus - da taucht sich’s dann leider doch nicht ganz so tief.
