Swiss experimental techno artist Geisterstimme takes listeners on a journey through the emotional undercurrents of a turbulent era with his latest EP, Tensions Of Our Time. Known for his ability to merge raw, industrial soundscapes with hypnotic textures, Geisterstimme pushes the boundaries of techno.

The EP opens with an ethereal ambient track, offering a moment of fragile calm before diving into a world of distorted rhythms, eerie atmospheres, and intricate sound design. Blending chaos and control in equal measure, each track reflects a different facet of our collective tension, from frenetic, high-energy peaks to meditative, almost unsettling lows.

Adding further weight to the project is a crushing remix by Kallax, an artist revered for his ability to inject depth and grit into his productions. Kallax’s remix brings a heavier, almost cinematic dimension to the EP, intensifying the raw energy and emotional depth of Geisterstimme’s vision.

Dario Desaer marks his return with this second release on his own label, MASSA-BETOGING. 'Under Dead Neon' unravels like a fevered descent into liminality. Opening with 'The Waiting Place', the EP sets the stage with sheer intensity, embodying the grotesque essence of its unexpected, full presence. 'Lost Girl' then erupts—a relentless dance floor weapon, yet still drenched in shadow. ‘Blue Room’ plunges deeper, mirroring the glow of isolation, while ‘Removal’ delivers the final rupture—an analog implosion: distorted, filthy, and absolute.
