From my view, but also from the interview about the song, it seems like this song is about Chinos wife. Chino has a kind of hatred against her, theres things he doesnt like about her. But then again, theres something about his wife that makes him sink to her.

-"i will sink in to you" and also, 
-"But it's something about her, long    
   shady eyes."

But with another thing that is said,

-"its too bad you're married to me"

with that he means that even though her herself is messed up, it doesnt change the fact that he isnt any better in the end and that he is a bad person to be with anyway. Also im thinking the relationship can be abusive from time to time depending on the part where he says:

-"Cause there's still blood in your hair
   And I've got the bruise of the year"

I guess he did something to her because of the blood in her hair. but he also says he has a bruise. So im guessing that she also might abused him.
