<B>Apparel Music</B> Radio show is happy to present <B>Kerem Akdag</B>! 
The story began, when Kerem bought his first drumsticks and started to play drums. At the beginning, he generally listened and played funk, blues tracks.Also, he performed with several local bands on festival stages in Istanbul. When his high school period, Kerem started to produce his own tracks and generally, his influences were soulful and hip-hop music. 
After that period; he applied to “Miller Music Factory Contest” which was one of the biggest electronic music contest in Turkey, when he was 18 and his production won “Electronic Music Production” title. His music carreer changed quiet attractively after this sucess and he started to work and cooperate with Kaan Duzarat who is one of the strongest producer and live performer in Istanbul's local area and be a part of Vesvese crew which has been operated by Kaan Duzarat. Kerem's influences a bit changed on that period and he started to listen and produce house music. His first EP called “A Good Play” has been released by London based house imprint Apparel Music on 2013 with a stong supports like Shur-i-Kan, Osunlade, Dubfire and many more... After his first precious release; live performances started to increase local club's crowd and Kerem's name known by many club addicts.

For this very unique event, the featured artists will collaborate in tribute to the extraordinary career of vibraphonist Roy Ayers and his influence and contributions to contemporary urban music.

To bridge the gap, The Robert Glasper Experiment featuring Chris Dave on Drums, Derrick Hodge on Bass & Casey Benjamin on Alto/Vocoder will perform sequences between Roy Ayers selections transition them into Pete Rock productions that were created from his musical influence. The live reinterpretations and interpolations of both works serve as the conduit to understanding the harmonic relationship between the past and present.

Tabanca is a Trinidadian vocalist, residing in London, who is getting ready to release her brand new single "Lagoon" via WotNot Music.

On the remix duty we find Warren Xclnce, who stunned us a few years back with his mind-blowing song "Examine Me". 

We've been a fan ever since, so when we were asked to premiere this particular track, we could not decline. Tabanca’s vocals provide a fresh breeze over Warren's juicy R&B-flavored house remix, which will be available November 6th.

You may be familiar with Sivey from his collaborative record with Evil Needle, 'Constructive Interference', released on Soulection in summer of 2014 or you may have caught one of his uptempo, dreamy DJ sets in and around London.

The Manchester-based producer who seamlessly combines a number of varied aesthetics with his unique, moody synth progressions comes correct with the 17th installation in our White Label Series.

In a cohesive 4-part story, Sivey takes us through slow jams, house and future sounds with broken rhythm grooves reminiscent of jazz fusion.

"I chose these tracks because I felt they represent a good mixture of my influences and styles I like to experiment with” Sivey told us.

Sivey creates his moody sounds using FL Studio and enjoys the challenge of pushing the boundaries of how midi can be used to create live sounding music.
