Oceans Apart is the second track I made while living in a Van last year. The originaI sketch was made near cliffs of Amalfi. Actually being inspired by the beautiful hike "path of god " there. 
With this Upcoming EP i tried remembering the places I have visited with compositions surrounded by nature, recording foley & exploring synthesis. Oceans Apart is melancholic and warm with organic drums & sounds and a piano filling the space of warmth and harmony. The track is about how I felt as oposed to my friends and family while I was traveling. When traveling I felt like a spectator to the live surrounding you while other people are busy with their day to day tasks. Oceans Apart was the acknowledgement of this differences at that time.

ABOUT THE VA:
The Shiva Purana is one of eighteen major texts of the Purana genre of Sanskrit texts in Hinduism, and part of the Shaivism literature corpus. It primarily revolves around the Hindu god Shiva and goddess Parvati, but references and reveres all gods.
The Shiva Purana asserts that it once consisted of 100,000 verses set out in twelve Samhitas (Books), however the Purana adds that it was abridged by Sage Vyasa before being taught to Romaharshana. The surviving manuscripts exist in many different versions and content, with one major version with seven books (traced to South India), another with six books, while the third version traced to the medieval Bengal region of the Indian subcontinent with no books but two large sections called Purva-Khanda (Previous Section) and Uttara-Khanda (Later Section).The two versions that include books, title some of the books same and others differently. The Shiva Purana, like other Puranas in Hindu literature, was likely a living text, which was routinely edited, recast and revised over a long period of time. The oldest manuscript of surviving texts was likely composed, estimates Klaus Klostermaier, around 10th- to 11th-century CE.Some chapters of currently surviving Shiva Purana manuscripts were likely composed after the 14th-century.
The Shiva Purana contains chapters with Shiva-centered cosmology, mythology, relationship between Gods, ethics, yoga, tirtha (pilgrimage) sites, bhakti, rivers and geography, and other topics.
The text is an important source of historic information on different types and theology behind Shaivism in early 2nd-millennium CE. The oldest surviving chapters of the Shiva Purana have significant Advaita Vedanta philosophy, which is mixed in with theistic elements of bhakti.

The path led him into a dense forest, filled with birdsong and the fragrance of aromatic herbs. As he walked, he marveled at how the world around him seemed to change, as if the forest itself had awakened to witness his journey. But soon, Arnav came upon an impassable obstacle.

Before him flowed a mighty, swirling river, its waters swift and deep. And right in the middle of the stream stood a colossal banyan tree, its enormous roots plunging deep into the water, its branches reaching the heavens. Its roots and crown were so vast that they completely blocked the path forward.

Confused, Arnav sat by the riverbank and sighed heavily. “Has my journey ended so soon? Must I turn back already?”

His thoughts were interrupted by a soft, gentle voice from beneath the tree’s shadow:

“Young traveler, why have you lowered your gaze and stopped?”

The boy looked up, astonished. Before him stood an unusual figure, glowing with a soft light. It was Ganesha — the elephant-headed god of wisdom, patron of beginnings, and remover of obstacles. In one hand, he held a small axe; in the other, a dish of sweets — a symbol of the sweet wisdom he bestows upon humanity.

Arnav bowed reverently and whispered:

“O wise Ganesha, I cannot go any further. The river is too swift, the tree too vast. My path is blocked.”

Ganesha smiled and sat beside the boy on the riverbank, gazing gently at the river and the tree.

“Listen to me carefully, Arnav,” he said softly. “You see an obstacle before you only because your gaze is fixed on the barrier, not on the possibilities. Look again — not with your eyes, but with your heart. What do you see now?”

Arnav closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and tried to sense the world differently. He smelled the forest, heard the soft whisper of the branches, felt the moisture of the river… And then, like a bolt of lightning, a thought flashed in his mind:

“I see a bridge, Ganesha — though it is not before me. It exists in my mind, in my heart.”
