For release 229 on Ready Mix Records, we welcome combat engineer turned music producer Veytik to the label with two gorgeous original cuts, plus remixes from Nōpi, Peter Makto and Hernan Cerbello.

A deep-thinking artist exploring the concept of music as therapy, Veytik's title track 'Time' displays an impressive ability to communicate emotion through sound, with rumbling bass and a rolling rhythm providing a perfect counterweight to the track's ethereal chords and vocal.

With work recently featured on Anjunadeep and All Day I Dream, we are delighted to bring Nōpi aboard for a characteristically melodic, uplifting and floaty rework of 'Time'. 

Founder of Truesounds Music, Peter Makto turns in a percussive yet understated version of 'Time', making great use of the vocal in its spine-tingling breakdown.

Argentinian hero Hernan Cerbello takes 'Time' in a more hypnotic direction, with woozy synths and a languid, chugging groove making for a delightfully dizzying atmosphere.

Second Veytik original 'Andromeda' closes out our package with a swung, wrong-footing beat that immediately captures the attention and holds onto it with an intriguing, techno-inspired arrangement.

Michael Ritter with his new EP "Complex Motion", will be the talk of the town in 2021. Complex Motion, which names the EP and is the first track, is quite a fine example of melodic house genre with Michael's powerful rhythms and energetic melodies. The second track is by San Francisco based, the accomplished, talented melodic house & techno music producer Hools, whose remix is simply the reflection of 80s' synthy sounds on today's melodic house and indie dance sounds. Moreover, it's a kind of track that we wish it were endless with its positive energy, dynamic bassline and groove. The third track is by the talented Istanbul based electronic music producer "Aither" a.k.a. Ruckus (TR). He reflects his characteristic sound well with his remix of Complex Motion which stands out with a bit more deep & dark melodic techno sound compared to the original version. And finally, we think that Michael Ritter expresses himself quite well with his last track of EP. "Back 2 Square 1" is a kind of track with powerful patterns of house rhythms and deep, hypnotic melodies of Berlin's underground rave spirit that you'd give possession to Michael's sound whilst closing your eyes at dance floor.
