Izaakson is a well-known figure in underground circles. A native of Holland, he’s best-known as the man behind the Memoria label, an imprint that’s been releasing quality-laden house and techno for some time now. Indeed, Izaakson’s own career is one of longevity, and he’s been involved in electronic music for an impressive twenty years now. 

As you might imagine from a career spanning this long, Izaakson wears many hats, from co-running the aforementioned Memoria to pursuing his solo career and collaborating as one half of IZIL. In this interview, he gave us an insight into his time management techniques, the challenges faced in the music industry, and his commitment to quality in the face of a changing landscape. 

As he reflects on the evolution of electronic music and his contribution to it, Izaakson also shared a live recording from CLUB 100 in Belgium, offering a taste of his distinctive style. Listen to the mix here, and head to the website to read the full interview.

Xuacu, born in 1989 in Balcarce, Buenos Aires, Argentina, started DJing at 14. He has performed at numerous venues including Muzik Club, Pacha Buenos Aires, and Club Quba. He is associated with record labels like Mind&Vision (Romania), Minimal Movement Ltd. (Holland), Aguaysed (Chile), and others. Xuacu has worked with international artists like Barac and Luc Ringeisen, and shared stages with local artists such as Bodeler and Andrés Zacco. His current music focuses on resonant frequencies and minimal house elements.

Moreover, he has performed alongside luminaries such as M.A.N.D.Y., Janeret, and Guy Mantzur, while also engaging audiences in countries like Argentina and Mexico. With exciting new releases slated for 2024, Anderson is poised to make an even greater impact on the global dance scene.

O nome do projeto SHE MLLR é motivado pela vontade da artista em destacar o protagonismo feminino na cena de música eletrônica. Natural de Santa Catarina, mas residindo em São Paulo, é residente da label e gravadora On The Rocks (SC) e recentemente se juntou ao time da Subliminar (SP). A artista mescla as referências de sua origem com as da efervescente cena paulistana, criando sets dançantes e cheios de energia. Com muita influência dos anos 90, she mllr apresenta uma construção sonora livre de rótulos e transita entre diversos gêneros musicais, como house, eletro, trance, minimal e techno.

A regular on the electronic scene for years, Daniela was enchanted by the art of expressing herself through decks. The name of the SHE MLLR project is motivated by the artist's desire to highlight female protagonism in the electronic music scene. Born in Santa Catarina, but residing in São Paulo, he is a resident of the label and recording company On The Rocks (SC) and recently joined the team at Subliminar (SP). The artist mixes references from her origins with those from the effervescent São Paulo scene, creating danceable and energetic sets.
