Born in Italy, raised in London and currently based in Milan, Cristina Lazic started playing the piano when she was six, grew up composing music and is now leading two parallel careers, working as Marketing Manager at Google and having achieved widespread and international success as a musical artist.

Despite her fairly recent experience as a DJ and producer, in only five years Cristina was able to perform at iconic clubs and festivals like Exit, Get Lost Miami, Opium Dublin, Magazzini Generali in Milan and this summer she is holding a monthly residency at the prestigious Hï Ibiza, opening for Damian Lazarus during Saturdays with Black Coffee. Cristina’s talent has also been spotted by top renowned labels like Crosstown Rebels’ Rebellion, Bondage Music, Likeminded and Creature Records, who have released Cristina’s tunes and remixes. Her peculiar selection of music and music acumen have also brought Cristina to be featured on renowned international radios, like Ibiza Global, Sonica, Pure Ibiza and Data Transmission. 

Being aware of the issues that female professionals can face in male dominated industries like tech and music, Cristina has the vision that she can make a difference in music for women, and mothers in particular, since she is a mother herself. She is part of shesaid.so, the world leading community of women in the music industry, where she leads the parenthood committee’s efforts to safeguard the interest of artists with kids. In addition, she has caught the attention of Pioneer DJ Italy, who has chosen Cristina as an ambassador and example for aspiring female DJs.

Ultimately, music is at the core of Cristina Lazic’s life and everything she does. Her aim is to connect with people by making them dance and her sounds range from researched micro house to upbeat, groovy minimal tunes.

This show is a cross genre leap through the condensing tube into the beaker of whatever streaming platform you have chosen. Be hopeful this is where the chemistry anecdotes end. Minimal chit chat, just a showcase of my favourite artists and their creative endeavours.

Love of radio as a format, for as long as I can remember most good memories I have from childhood have been accompanied by radio. A particularly fond one is being picked up by my dad from football training on a Friday and Annie Macs dance show was always on. That would be my fresh intake of new music (I didn’t have a smartphone or laptop then), that’s where I shaped my soundscape in my head. It was the first place I experienced music, I was enamored by the hosts ability to seemingly weave between songs.

I suppose the thing that most impressed me then looking back with my near 30 year old hat on is their confidence and casualness speaking and working with thousands listening. But there was only a handful of presenters with names like mine, Nihal being one that I can remember of the top of my head.As I’ve grown older my awareness of who I am, what kind of space I occupy and how I’d like to be perceived vs how I am perceived has grown.

Keeping these in my focus is very important to me as I’d like to create or at least be a part of a community that lifts people into the spotlight. Like the minerals in the water of the Ganges, flowing from the Himalayas, doing their unsung work and supporting the ecosystem, I felt developing a platform where I could support my diaspora is probably the most useful way to spend my time.

Of Turkish origins but born and raised just outside of Zurich, Alci’s entry into DJing came via Hip Hop and street culture, trying his hand at graffiti and breakdancing before discovering turntables. Igniting his passion for music, his taste has evolved over the years, shifting into the electronic world where he now places his sound between funky House grooves and minimalistic Techno.

At the age of 17 he was already on the Zurich circuit and today is called upon to play all around the world - tINI&Gang, Fuse London, Caprice Festival, Rex Club, Gesthouse, Resolute NY, Un_Mute and more. Hailing from the greater Frankfurt Area Sascha Dive has made quite an impression on the international house and techno circus over the last ten years. Although the deephouse traveller looks back on an amazing amount of pristine releases, with the first official vinyl
pressed back in 2007, one can still call him a young gun. If you look around in the deeper fields of house music these days this gifted producer and DJ seems to be an exception. This isn't a disadvantage at all because with all the energy in his mind and hands Sascha Dive proves with every gig and production that he plays on the same level as many of his legends, if not even higher!

Thank was my first time at Kowalski in Stuttgart. I heard something about that club before but I didn't expect I would feel myself like a part of it. Very nice and cosy home-style place with sweet friendly and right people. From the first track I knew where to move and how to go. Didn't feel time running so fast.. My first 3,5 hours set in web as well. I am not greedy - there are a lot of tracks you might like. Also there are few unreleased future tracks from my label and some bombs from a friends. All of my favorites and something I didn't play before. I just leave it here - deal with it )
